The experience after staying in Wangxian Valley Scenic Area is good👍 We arrived at the scenic area on the evening of the 27th, and it happened to rain☔️ To be honest, I was in a general mood at the time, and checked in with a simple process. The room type I stayed in was a bit unsatisfactory, so I asked the hotel to see if it could be changed. I thought the staff would be perfunctory, but the result was far beyond my expectations. There was a service butler who was very impressive. He ran up and down in the rain to take me to choose a room. I didn’t have any complaints throughout the whole process. He was very patient in introducing it to me, and finally took me to a very satisfactory room [Hey ha] He also introduced us to the scenic route and places to eat [Victory] Her service is very good (her name is, Xiaole) [Handshake][Handshake] Half of the experience of this trip comes from her service [strong][strong] Great, must be a five-star praise [jump jump]

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

The price of the room we chose is estimated to be the lowest, so it was assigned to Building 6, relative to the new building of Building 8, Building 6 is close to the front desk, but the facilities are indeed very old. The sheets have a slight musty smell The refrigerator in the minibar is dirty and I found room service to clean it up 3. Some of the lights in the room are bad, the night light is bad, it is very inconvenient to get up at night and go to the toilet. 4. The choice of breakfast cannot be very rich. If you choose a high price, I think I am sorry for this price. The underground garage does not go directly to the hotel, so you have to walk up by yourself The gym and swimming pool are all extra and this is not acceptable The outdoor environment is OK, next to the park, you can run around the lake. There are peacocks and swans next to the restaurant, suitable for children to watch But if it is a five-star hotel, it is a bit unworthy of its name. If the price comes down, I don’t think there will be much expectations.

Stayed in two rooms for two consecutive nights 1. Clean and hygienic, comfortable bedding and good sound insulation 2. Next to Wanda Plaza, there are many different restaurants and large supermarkets 3. Front desk staff are polite and efficient 4. The breakfast is sumptuous and very memorable

The homestay is located in a quiet country, the environment is comfortable and pleasant, the air is fresh, the room is spacious and comfortable and stylish, the most important thing is that the service is super good, the waiter Xiao Yuan is thoughtful, meticulous and very kind. This time I went out with my friends and lived in the same yard. There was a restaurant in each yard. We had dinner and breakfast at the homestay. The aunt cooked deliciously and ate well without MSG. It was very healthy.

The accommodation was very quiet. The breakfast was very rich. The hotel gave us a free upgrade. It was a very satisfactory stay. It was a 10-minute walk from Wunuzhou Resort. We drove and parked the car directly in the free parking lot. We didn't have to drive out to enter the park. We didn't have to worry about watching the fireworks show. The fireworks show started at 9:30 pm and ended in 6 minutes. I uploaded pictures of the four important performance times for your reference. It was a very satisfactory experience.
