Shangrao Raoshang Chengyue Hotel

Booked a king-sized bed, but then changed to a twin room as I was traveling with my child. The twin room was very spacious, with beds measuring 1.35 meters each. The room itself was large, clean, tidy, and odorless, and the beds were roomy, so my little one slept very soundly. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and they even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. It's convenient for dining out and taking the kids for a stroll nearby. Absolutely amazing value for money, a top choice for family trips, 100% recommended!

Exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! First, the lobby had a lovely, welcoming scent. There were many fencers checking in at the front desk, and the lobby manager prioritized our check-in, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious, with a simple yet elegant design, and spotlessly clean. The toiletries were comprehensive. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted good. The front desk service was attentive and considerate. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

Stayed here with my family for a trip, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the room was spacious and bright. The staff provided excellent service; the concierge was particularly friendly and polite, even recommending some great local snacks for us. The front desk was also very responsive to any issues. It's conveniently located for getting around, and offers good value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay.

For less than 400, being able to experience five-star hotel facilities is definitely worth it. The room is very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and electric curtains, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The decor is very new, and the lighting control is top-notch.

The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Jiang, provided excellent service – very warm and polite. The lobby is also grand, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Food delivery robots even bring orders directly to your room! I especially love the welcoming atmosphere here. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Major warning! This so-called five-star hotel is a complete miss. We had no hot water for a shower in the middle of the night, and our complaint was met with nothing but perfunctory responses and no resolution. Around midnight, when we went to shower, there was only lukewarm water, barely enough to wash our hands, let alone shower. My child even screamed that the water was cold when trying to wash their hair. We called the front desk, and someone did answer. They sent a technician up, who only said he would adjust the water temperature and told us to wait. We waited for a solid 20 minutes, but the water temperature remained unchanged – still only suitable for handwashing, no shower possible. What's even more frustrating is that after that, no one followed up, no one called back, and no one offered any solutions. They just left us hanging. Paying five-star prices for a hotel that can't even guarantee basic 24-hour stable hot water, and whose problem-solving consists only of empty promises without resolution or accountability, shows a service and management level completely unworthy of its star rating. The experience was terrible. Stay at your own risk!
