The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. Clover was very kind and helpful in guiding us to the dining area. Our room was clean and comfortable, and parking was convenient. They even prepared a lovely fruit platter and a welcome note for us in advance, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, our stay was very satisfying.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet at night. Clover thoughtfully provided complimentary drinking water, showing great attention to the guest experience. The room also had good natural light. Overall, the comfort level of our stay far exceeded our expectations.

I originally booked a standard room, but when I checked in, the front desk attendant saw there were vacancies and upgraded me to a larger room type for free. The room was indeed more spacious than it looked in the pictures, and the natural light was great, making for a very comfortable stay. The delivery robot was a pleasant surprise! The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and there are tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel also features a gym, a self-service breakfast restaurant, and free parking. The lobby environment is upscale, making it excellent for entertaining clients. Overall, both the facilities and service are top-notch, and it's definitely worth repeat stays.

The room is quite spacious, and I particularly liked the well-partitioned bathroom – it felt very comfortable. Many of the designs are quite thoughtful and convenient to use. The only minor issue is that the blackout curtains aren't very effective, which might be a problem for light sleepers. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic; asking them about local information was much better than relying on guides. Also, the Chen Hong restaurant next to the hotel, which they recommended, has really good food, and the owner is very good at business.

The room size was adequate, and it seemed clean. Both the front desk and room service were good. However, what's with turning off the air conditioning in the middle of the night? There was no prior warning or notification. They switched off the AC cooling in the middle of the night, leaving my child and me sweating profusely. I tried adjusting the AC for ages, only to find the temperature rising instead of dropping. I called the front desk, and a man answered. When I asked if they had turned off the AC cooling, he confirmed it. His reason was that even though it's spring, it's still quite cold at night... I told him it was too hot, and he offered to bring a fan! Seriously, with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius, how cold can it possibly get at night? And besides, if you're going to turn off the AC, why didn't you inform us beforehand? Did you provide lighter blankets? The thick duvet was perfect with the AC on, but in the middle of the night, the AC went from a comfortable temperature to 25.6 degrees, then 26. My child was drenched in sweat!

The environment is grand and elegant, with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The service is warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the breakfast offers a rich variety, including plenty of local specialties. The facilities are comprehensive, and parking is convenient.
