The hotel has an excellent location right in the city center. The surrounding area is very nice, and it's super close to the pedestrian street and the snack street. Highly recommend staying here!

After a tiring journey, I was so glad I chose this hotel – it was an exceptionally comfortable stay. The moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and fresh everything was; the housekeeping was incredibly thorough, and the towels and sheets were spotless and odorless. The room had great natural light and ventilation, with soft lighting and a simple, cozy decor. The service was attentive throughout my stay, and it was a nice touch that they offered free luggage storage after check-out. The mattress was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any corridor noise at all. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, and transportation was convenient. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly, with hot water and air conditioning running smoothly. It offers great value for money, and the staff were gentle and welcoming, making me feel right at home. It was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked this for relatives visiting from out of town. It's a great value for money. The hotel is right in the city center, making it super convenient for transportation. It's also quite close to the high-speed rail station and the airport. Shangrao is really a livable city.

The location is central and convenient, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend checking out Wanli Snack Street; the food there is delicious and affordable!

The room was absolutely filthy! When I first checked in, I'd booked a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room. The moment I opened the door, a wave of smoke smell hit me, it was disgusting! I went to the front desk to ask if there was a better room, and the guy just said no, this was the room I'd booked. I had to pull out my reservation to show him I'd requested a non-smoking room! The front desk service was really bad 👎. The whole hotel is so big, yet there was only one male staff member at the front desk! I don't know what the female staff were doing in the back room. The second time I came down to switch rooms, it was the same story – the male staff were busy with multiple guests while the women just stood around doing nothing! Are they just for show or what?! Honestly, I'd suggest the hotel just implement self-check-in instead of hiring these so-called 'staff'! Filthy! Poorly maintained! The charging port was broken too, couldn't charge my phone! Awful service attitude! If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! I will never stay here again!!!!
