First of all, you should have a correct mindset. The area around Disneyland is a big rural area, so don’t be surprised when you arrive at the hotel and find that it is a converted residential building. I carefully observed that basically all the hotels next to the hotel except the one in the park are like this. Let’s talk about the hotel in detail. The location is very close to Disneyland. There are hotel cars to pick me up in the morning and evening. I didn’t get to take the hotel car because I returned the stroller at night, and the hotel paid for the fare. The morning and evening pick-up really solved a big problem in Disneyland, a big rural area. The auntie in the hotel is very nice. Seeing that I brought my child, she upgraded me to a big room. We lived very comfortably. In the morning, she got up early to pack breakfast for us when we went to Disneyland. She also helped me with my suitcase and stroller. The service is simply the ultimate. If you don’t stay in the hotel in the park, this one is really worth choosing. It is clean and hygienic

The environment is very good...I will come again in summer because there is a swimming pool that I like, the shuttle bus is very fast, Disney is over, seamless connection...I didn’t run too much or get tired...Anyway, I’m very happy, I originally do training services, in fact, the requirements for hotels are really strict, but this inn, I give super many stars, the whole process is enthusiastic, the children really like it, especially the small animals in the backyard...The front yard is spacious, play until you don’t want to leave...I hope the business is booming...getting better and better

A very pleasant accommodation experience. The B&B is not far from Disneyland, and it takes less than 15 minutes to get there by car. I stayed two nights in a row, so there was a car to pick me up both when I went there and when I returned. The more convenient thing is that I don't need to make up time to leave at any time, which is very good. I originally planned to go back to Disneyland after watching the fireworks at 9:30, but in fact, I played until 6 o'clock and both adults and children were exhausted, so I went back to the B&B to rest early. The B&B room is quite large and quiet. The breakfast is delivered to the room and tastes good.

Service is a highlight of this B&B. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the Northeastern boss. Check-in was efficient and quick with a smile. He patiently answered all the questions about going to Disney and provided thoughtful suggestions. The room was clean and tidy. The B&B also provided free shuttle service to Disneyland and scheduled shuttle service to Pudong Airport. It was very convenient and met the requirements of the guests. In short, the B&B is very good in all aspects, whether it is the environment or the service, it is completely worthy of a five-star rating.

First of all, I am very satisfied with this B&B experience. Its location is very ideal, and it is convenient to take a taxi and take out food. More importantly, it is very close to Disneyland, and it is surrounded by farm vegetable fields, which also makes it convenient for me to experience rural life. Secondly, the B&B is in excellent sanitary conditions. The clean and tidy environment makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. From inside to outside, whether it is bed sheets, towels or public areas, they are all well maintained. The facilities provided by the B&B are also complete. Especially worthy of praise is the spacious and bright restaurant and the fully equipped bathtub and projector, which made me feel at home. Finally, I must praise their service. It was a very good experience. The lady who came back at night had already turned on the air conditioner for us. We arrived early in the morning and had free breakfast. We stayed for a day and had breakfast for two mornings. The taste was also very delicious! There is also a Disney shuttle bus, which is very convenient! The room has a bathtub and a large balcony, and the sleep is very comfortable! Parking is free, and you can see the fireworks at the entrance of the hotel! Recommended!

We booked this hotel because it is only 4km from Disneyland and from the picture the room does look pretty and it was so affordable! So here's the outcome:
- They do provide shuttle bus to Disneyland but only at 8.20am (we missed it as we arrived later, but you may still use Didi to go to Disneyland)
- They also provide shuttle bus BACK from Disneyland which was very thoughtful (10pm/10.50pm) because I don't think anyone is able to get a Didi when thousands of people exiting Disneyland at the same time.
- The room, was a bit worn off compared to the pictures shown. Some plugs might not work properly, some parts were rusted, but overall it did not affect too much of my experience (given that affordable price!)
- I thought the cleanliness of the room could be better as when I opened their toothbrush box, there was a layer of dust (maybe it was vacant for a long time).
- The staffs were very helpful and even provided us additional shower facility before we headed to airport although we had already checked out.

Hotel is very near Yu Gardens and Cheng Huang Miao. The nearest train station is just about 10-15 mins walk, very convenient.
Housekeeper were very attentive and helped to clean our room everyday, spotless 👍🏻

RRokkenI had a generally good stay at Mia Hotel. Good service and staff. If you have chance to stay and your sleep is very light don’t get a room close to the elevator – the aisle is very narrow and you can hear easily people chatting when they get in and off. The place overall is a nice, the neighbour is great and you can’t find probably such a place like this one in the area.

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience.
Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality.
As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.
Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. During our recent one-night stay at the Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha, my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I experienced both positive aspects and areas that could benefit from enhancement.
Buffet Options:
The breakfast buffet offered a satisfactory selection of dishes, including both local and international cuisines. While the variety was adequate, we felt that the quality and freshness of some items could be improved. Our daughter enjoyed the pastry section, though it lacked some of the diversity we’ve encountered in other hotels.
Amenities:
The hotel provides standard amenities suitable for families. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring modern furnishings.
Service:
The front desk staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out.
Location:
The hotel’s proximity to Shanghai Disneyland is a significant advantage for families planning to visit the park. However, we found that transportation options to other parts of the city were somewhat limited, making it less convenient for broader sightseeing.
Overall Experience:
Our stay at the Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha was comfortable, and the hotel adequately met our basic needs. GGabitLocation is a very good option for those who don't want to bother travelling early or late at night to the airport. The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception.
The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

GGuest UserQuite hard to communicate with the receptionist and staff at the hotel, but some of them were really nice.
Hotel room was small but clean, they change our towel every day.
Breakfast is the same menu for almost everyday, but enough spread from rice, noodles, wonton, bread, coffee.
Location very convenient, near east nanjing road metro station. Close to the bund.

EEe MingThe hotel service is exceptional. Calling for room service was quick and the staff are very polite and friendly. The bed are very clean and you have the option of choosing the type of pillow you want.
Location is fantastic as it is near the main shopping street. Besides it is a subway which makes travelling around so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shanghai.

FFamPlanFirst of all 5 stars to Peng Ho (何鹏) service, very helpful and proactive, helped with us during check in and when leaving the hotel with 🧳 and getting our ride to the airport.
Also 5 stars for another lady helped with our check in, she let me viewed a few rooms as I wasn't exactly sure about my stay, she prepared a welcome fruit platter for us.
The hotel is quite wore off, l9bby seemed ok, but once in elevator, corridors all appeared wore off and not clean, then the room arranged for us is full of smell, moldy and smokes, the room we settled is not as smelly, but still found stains, dirt etc in the room, I have especially requested a well cleaned and dusted room before check in due to allergies. Since t was our last stop of a 2+ weeks vacation plus it's only one night so we didn't move, if it is at the beginning or staying longer, I would've moved hoteldue to the first impression of elevator /corridor and room,I was tired that didn't even take picture of the room, our room was facing some old neighborhood, no scenery at all, plus it's noisy in the morning around 6, noises from heavy machinery.
But location is quite convenient, walking distance to the Bund, took us about 20 minutes walk to reach the starting point of the Bund.

GGuest UserIt was a really good experience. Starting from the location just in front of the bund in the north side where you can enjoy a perfect view without too many people. The view from the window was amazing and also the breakfast. All the staff was very kind and speak good English. I will totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great experience in Shanghai.
