鍵盤鼠標很油，桌面上灰塵肉眼可見，整體衞生更是極其差勁，衞生間到處是污漬及少量毛髮毛髮，洗髮水與沐浴露沒有蓋子凌亂的放在臂架上，床小就不説了，翻個身床嘎吱嘎吱的響。住的酒店這麼多，頭一次讓我這麼迫切的想差評。

機器還行，前台還好，客房衞生打掃臟（如續租則不換床單、不拖地、電腦桌隨意摸一下（最煩的是打掃衞生時我想着趁客房打掃外出一下吃點東西，回來房間後房間的電一定給你拔掉，回房間一點空調沒有悶啊~，説了不要拔電一點用沒有，為省電麼還是那樣），打掃完後地上有垃圾、桌上有煙灰）。無任何消費退房時客房一定會有扣除一點費用（如幾瓶飲料、方便麪、零食之類）連續3次出現（你不聯繫諮詢就扣了，你諮詢後就説扣錯了），然後一條褲子+一個無線鼠標沒記得拿也沒見聯繫，再聯繫酒店時已經沒有了，不知是被客房丟了還是其他原因~
這個位置就這家電競，不然這服務~~

環境：窗外是別墅式小區，很安靜，酒店外那條街全是吃飯的店，很乾凈的步行街

1:酒店設施太差，入住的當晚第一個房間沒有熱水，前台處理了半個小時發現無果，於是給我們換了房間，結果還是沒有熱水，等到了第二天白天才聯繫了工作人員上門維修處理；
2:衞生差的離譜，我入住了半個月的時間，期間一共更換了四間客房，每一件的衞生間都有蟑螂的存在；
3:隔音效果基本為零，都是電競酒店了，半夜隔壁的説話聲音我都能聽得很清楚，而且樓下貌似有户外ktv的存在，基本上每晚都會被這些噪音所幹擾；
4:床單被套，不知道是哪種材質，反正很粗躁，皮膚被摩擦的很嚴重，甚至需要買蘆薈膠來每天擦拭皮膚
