This is my 2nd time staying here. Great location, great service. Building and rooms are well-maintained and clean. MRT Huai Khwang is just 2 minutes walk away

Highly recommended for convenience! The hotel is located right next to the MRT station, with a 7-Eleven nearby. The rooms are clean and met all expectations. Bonus points for having international plugs! Just note that the room slippers are not free and carry an extra charge.

I use to stay this hotel for my biz trip , unfortunately this time I face a little disappointment in the service and facility 1. After the 2nd night stay The room air con leaking, very bad condition during the night, hotel will change room for me but I need to repack my luggage, hence I continue to stay the same room , hope after my check out , the hotel engineer will fix up for the next guest 2. During my 2nd day , the room cleaner did not replace a clean towel for my wash up Rest of the night, the house cleaner remembers 👍

First time staying in this hotel. 1st Impression in lobby thought was at least 4 star hotel 2nd impression room was very basic nothing much toilet not so clean. No free water. Need to request for toothbrush etc. Shampoo shower face wash 3in1 Very budget type.. I won't go back again I guess. Location is vv good honestly.

Location right beside mrt. There was an early Check in when we arrived at 12nn. However staff got our name spelling wrong. And cannot connect to WiFi. Refused to tell us the problem why we were unable to connect to WiFi. 3 lifts serving 12 floors and lifts were quite small & slow. No bell boy so we had to lug our luggages ourselves. Room space was good. Toilets smelled v bad despite we sprayed our own air freshener. Smelled like ammonia/urine smell very strong bad odour. Buffet breakfast was not bad. After check out there was no place to freshen up or shower after check out. Hotel lobby toilets also smelled very bad ammpnia/urine smell very bad. Won't be returning to this hotel again.
