Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

The grand lobby entrance matches the imposing structure from the 1930’s. The staff were very attentive when we checked in yesterday. Our room on the first floor was terrible! Small and poky and awful bathroom. No good! I went to the reception and voiced my complaint to the front of house manager, a lovely, accommodating young lady. She was very apologetic and asked us to have a look at another room on the same floor. AMAZING! Probably 4 times the size of our first room. Really grand and a lovely, large bathroom. Thank you! We’ve read plenty of bad reviews of this Hotel and judging by our first room I can understand those reviews. The management, however, turned things around right away and made our stay memorable. If your not happy, just talk to them!

The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces. We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing. Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service PS: I like your antique collection

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

The rooms are all modern design and it is considered one of the newer hotel in Dalat. The location is conveniently located above the main market building and it is just a 2 mins walk to the daily night market. Is this a 3 or 4 star hotel? Not really. But in terms of value for money, it can’t really be beat. Location is great, just outside of the city center and a quick 10-15 min walk to the central area, plus right down the street from the Crazy House. Things are clean, but the hotel definitely shows its age. Walls in the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and floors are uneven. The sound also carries quite a bit - hallway and elevator noise comes straight through the door, plus thin walls between rooms. In general, this is not an issue for sleeping if you bring ear plugs, but is just something to be aware of. For me, all of the above are things to point out so you can be fully informed when booking. At the price I paid (about $15 USD per night), none of this bothered me.

I've been here about 6 hrs. Not really impressed. Room missing basic amenities - safe is locked, fridge is off, no ashtrays in the common foyer, much less things like water glasses, a water urn, toothpicks, napkins, also no water glasses in the main room, the desk pen doesn't work, no bathroom floor mat, basic stuff - and almost none of the staff have even elementary English competency. For example, two waitresses could not understand, ”Does this come with vegetables?” That is a very low level restaurant/service English question and neither had a clue what I was asking. The place looks great, but for the cost - hmm, not again. However, in fairness, I should also say that the Restaurant Captain was attentive to my comments, as were the room service attendants, but by the same token, is it up to the guest to pull the refrigerator out of its alcove to plug it in?

Our stay in the Dragon King Hotel I would be almost very pleasant if not for 2 incidents. 1. In countries where I don't speak the language I usually ask for a calling card of the hotel. I did and they had none, And voila the taxi took us to another Dragon King Hotel in Da Lat and we had to take another taxi from there back to Dragon King I. 2. We booked including breakfast as that is normally a nice way to ease into the day in a foreign city. The Dragon King breakfast facilities are in a from floor to ceiling tiled cellar under the hotel full of load speaking local people eating local breakfasts (soup and the like) so talking about your plans for the day while eating bread with jam (the only non local food choice available) was impossible goodbye enjoying a quiet breakfast. (There is a nice place to your left when you leave the hotel that serves for a very small price with a very wide smile)

We arrived around 19:30 the hotel looks really grand from the outside but I just can’t put my finger on it as this hotel is very weird and just soulless. Some bullet points, big hotel with no idea/ imagination of how to dress it, room’s dated with mould and flaking paint on the walls, I don’t think the pillows case’s had been changed as they smelt of being used, swimming pool is bizarre as it looks as though it’s set out for a wedding function with chairs/tables set around the pool, corridors are dimly lit with eiry music playing looks like it should be in a spooky Hitchcock film, bar still closed due to Covid (seriously), breakfast has lots of choice but is of poor quality and strange choice(best I ate was steamed sweet corn) noodle bar staff were more interested in playing on their phones, staff were polite enough but ? a lack of hospitality training, the hotel is in run down part of town we only realised this as we moved hotels after one night stay and found a lovely place over looking the lake for half the price( money was never the issue) I feel this hotel needs serious investment as it is sadly no where near a 4 * hotel and that’s not me being fussy as Iv traveled extensively in Vietnam and am still touring. The hotel is located right in the middle of the tourist area and quiet walkable to the rest of town. The night market sets up right below the hotel. There is also a stage for local performers a short walk away from the hotel. Those streets close to motorized traffic to allow a walking street only. Our Intrepid guide advised that it might be noisy. But everything quieted down by 2300. We had a good nights sleep. We were cautioned that the rooms might be outdated. We were quite pleased our room. The room was huge. The decore was sort of done in a sky resort style with lots of dark wood. I’m sure a update is coming once the country fully recover from the pandemic. Hotel room was the largest on our toor. Bathroom was what it should be. It also included a much needed tub our first on our vacation. Downside was that there was little view out our window which it faces behind. But we spent little time inside daylight ours. I am sure rooms would be much more expensive if you upgraded street side but more noisy at night. They could also should have a good spring cleaning as it enters the busy season post pandemic. Breakfast buffet was very popular with those liking Asian food . It was clear large numbersof locals come to the buffet itself. The breakfast is plentiful but we had plenty of options but needs improvement for western tourists looking for a taste of home. Staff throughout the hotel were kind and tried to meet all your needs. We would happily stay here again.

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. 호텔 바로 옆에 공연장이 있어 아침8시 부터 밤12시 까지 노래를 불러 제끼는 데 정말이지 죽을것 같았어요. 호텔에서 약 700미터 떨어진 야시장 입구까지 쿵작거리는 소리가 들릴 정도니 호텔에서 50미터 옆에서 쿵짝거리는 베트남 특유의 노래가락이 얼마나 시끄럽겠습니까? 옹알거리는 베트남 노래 정말 지겹게 들었습니다. 이 공연장은 이사갈 생각은 절대 없는 것 같으니 절대 이 호텔에 가지 마세요.  직원들은 친절한데 호텔에서 택시를 불러 달라고 하면 편하게 이용 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호수 옆에 있어 경치는 좋았습니다. 조식은 많이 아쉽네요

The only problem that occurred was to go to the airport at 6:30 the next morning, and the day before had already said that I had to leave the shop and book a taxi. As a result, I only got one security guard the next morning, and there was no front desk staff. Taxi post-it notes, I haven't found a phone number for a taxi for a long time, I do n’t know the language, and I do n’t know how to check out. I called the front desk staff and waited for more than ten minutes. I finished checking out and said that I could go. I asked her for a passport, but she found it for a few minutes. As a result, I waited for half an hour before I got my passport to check out. I stopped a taxi at the gate to the airport.

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

Is this a 3 or 4 star hotel? Not really. But in terms of value for money, it can’t really be beat. Location is great, just outside of the city center and a quick 10-15 min walk to the central area, plus right down the street from the Crazy House. Things are clean, but the hotel definitely shows its age. Walls in the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and floors are uneven. The sound also carries quite a bit - hallway and elevator noise comes straight through the door, plus thin walls between rooms. In general, this is not an issue for sleeping if you bring ear plugs, but is just something to be aware of. For me, all of the above are things to point out so you can be fully informed when booking. At the price I paid (about $15 USD per night), none of this bothered me.

The hotel has a great contemporary design with an open atrium and hanging gardens. Our suite was clean and roomy with a great view over the rooftops of Dalat and to the mountains in the distance. The décor was contemporary and stylish. We asked for an extra comfortable chair to be able to sit at the table and this was delivered immediately. 2 chairs really should be included in a suite and there is plenty of room for them to fit easily. There was no walk-in shower, the shower is hand held over the bath which is separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The bath would be difficult for older, less mobile people to get into, but it was OK for us. The front desk Manager, Mr Hoang Anh, was very helpful and at the end of our stay organised a very good and reasonably priced driver to take us to Nha Trang on the coast (a 3 hour drive). We also had washing done for a very minimal price, which was returned the same day. The hotel breakfast appeared to be catering more for Chinese and Korean tourists, with bain maries of soups and rice dishes. We would have loved some Vietnamese choices such as Pho, and a bigger fruit selection. We ended up only having coffee and toast in the restaurant as we found a great café 50 metres down the road that did a great breakfast selection. The location was terrific, on a hill overlooking the town, which was a 20 minute walk down to the Central market and lake area. There are several banks along the route to make cash withdrawals or currency exchange. There were several eating options a walk away from the hotel, with a good Thai restaurant a couple of doors up the street. We would happily recommend staying at Lasol Boutique Hotel.

We stayed in a very comfortable room with a view. There was no air conditioning and the weather outside was quite warm, but the fan was definitely enough to keep us very comfortable. We did not care for the pillow, but we were able to sleep very well. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The hotel is located in a lovely section of town and very close to the Krazy House.

What do you call the fun of traveling? Isn’t it a meeting with a stranger and a new experience? What is ultimately memorable when traveling is the experience with people. We share people's favors using poor language, and in the process, we share food and drinks. In that sense, this accommodation was special to me. The location and facilities were familiar and widespread. However, a nighttime drink while looking at the night market with the owner of the hotel and other guests is something you cannot find anywhere else. I am leaving a review to express my gratitude to the owner for sharing a memorable night with me.

The trouble with Da Lat is that it seems to have more hotels than visitors – so we were among only a handful of guests staying at this hotel which had a grand and cavernous lobby. We booked our accommodation in advance, but on arrival and much to our surprise, we were shown to a twin room that was windowless. We were less than happy about this, and when we questioned it we were offered a better room with quite a pleasant view over some local back gardens. Breakfast on the top floor was nothing special, but the room offered some great views across the city. However, a large television played an endless video loop about the hotel with the most dreadful music accompanying it. It must drive the staff mad, but they seemed impervious to it. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The nights were cold and the room had no heating, so we asked for extra bed covers which were quickly provided. All in all, a merely average experience.

The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

Overall It was just OK. (As in February 2023) Rooms are just ranging from 15m2 to about 22m2 and getting outdated. Especially the bathroom, the drainage is really slow. Once you take a shower, you will be flooded with soap water all over the bathroom. Soundproof is a disaster, you can hear all noises, kids yelling and running from outside. The door can't even lock properly, it keeps beeping itself no matter how soft or hard I close the door. Everytime I leave or enter the room, I had to wrestle with the door with closing it for several times. They really need some replacement for their facilities. Location of the hotel is OK. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. You can easily go to everywhere with a scooter. The hotel is not too far away from tourist attractions. I had the worst experience with the reception staff. They were not very helpful during my check in and out. I came around noon and asked if i could check in anytime. They replied that they will get me the room as soon as the janitor finished cleaning and they was so sure that they will call out my name once it is ready. Guess what? They made me wait for 2 hours until I came to ask again whether my room is ready. And now that just said Oh it is ready here is your room. What? Staff made me wait for 2 hours without notifying if they already got the room ready for checking in? They saw me sitting in the waiting area entire time and without an apologise for keeping me waiting. They acted like nothing happened. Those staff seriously need more training. Same thing happened during my check-out. I had to ask over and over if I can now get back my ID. These staff are the most irresponsible I've ever experienced. I would rate better if It wasn't for the staff.
