I had been 4 nights stay at this property with three people. The room is big enough for us,separate toilet and shower rooms that is good offering. It has kitchen room and washing machine that great choice. It's easy to walk to centre Susukino and Nijo Market 30min walk for great exercise 💪

It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Odori and Susukino, but the streetcar stop is close, so you can use the streetcar immediately. It is convenient and cheap to take a bus to Nakajima Park from New Chitose Airport. Everything Yasubei needs (shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc.) is available in the common area. All you need is a razor and a toothbrush (better if you have earplugs). Unlike business hotels, it was nice to be able to communicate with other guests.

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

Susukino
Although this hotel is far from the subway, the sandwich shop in the isolation store is super good to eat 24 hours to buy oysters at any time!

It feels like a luxury hotel that was built during the bubble. I stayed in a Hollywood twin room, but the view from the window is the wall of the condominium next door. The hotel lobby is also dark. It was good that the amenities were available on the front floor in the form of a Viking. I was surprised at the narrowness of the bathroom, but overall, the room was clean even if it was old, and there was a low repulsive pillow and I could sleep well.
