It was a little challenging for us to get to the hotel on our arrival day due to the Shinkansei Line construction around the JR station. Other than that, the location is almost perfect: close to the JR station and the Hokkaido University, with a few large department stores near by and a Family Mart close to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing too special and was a little small in my opinion, however I love their cherry tomatoes and milk. Parking was 1300 yen per day.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Even through the hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the premium room is better than 4 star ones. The room is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, kitchen. Two things surprised me are drip coffee machine with FOC coffee capsules and dryer machine, not commonly seen in hotel room. The front desk lady can communicate well in English. The carpark is automatic type, one staff assists on parking.

Susukino and Odori are both very good location within walking distance. Also, it is a clean hotel because it is shallow. ２４ Coffee for time is also good. However, the １５００ yen breakfast was a bit poor. １ It is a buffet in the lounge on the floor. If you pay this amount, it is better to have a morning at a nearby coffee shop. The bath looks beautiful new unit bath, but the drainage is packed with a lot of hair, and the flow is terrible, and I took a lot of hair with tissue. ２ On the day, when I returned to the room, the room was cleaned and towels were replenished. I don't think it's a purity, but I didn't like picking up the hair of a person who didn't know many times in the room. I think it's cheap and good if you just stay, but the people at the front desk feel bad, it's mushy, and I don't think I'll go again. I think the location is very good. The room on the road side can hear a lot of outside sounds in the middle of the night and the footsteps on the upper floor.

10/10 In my opinion, This is the best hotel location for shopaholic. The best breakfast for Seafood sashimi lovers and The hotel also give us a free ramen service from 21:30-23:00 ! Good public onsen bath , Good location , good service, Good breakfast. Hotel is very clean and very convinient. We will go back to this hotel again for sure!!

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. Spent 2 nights at the Livemax Hotel in one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever rented. At probably a little over 100 sqft, it was about $1.50/sqft per night. Service was limited. On check-in, you receive a complementary bottle of water. When I went to ask for another bottle on the second day, using Google Translate, “oh, you mean a plastic bottle of water”, the desk informed me there was a vending machine on the 2nd floor. I even offered to pay her for the bottle she had in her hand. No luck. I was surprised at the TripAdvisor ratings on this hotel (4). I gave it a 2 only because it was fairly new (taxi drivers don’t know the location) and in pretty good condition. With the impending 2020 summer olympics, the hotel chain will need to up their game, particularly with English language skills for the tourists they’re expecting.

We went during the ski season. Because they were gold members of Starwood, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. We didn't start registering when we arrived, but the staff there arranged the room for us for free as soon as they heard that they were gold members. We are on the 27th floor and can enjoy Hokkaido in the snow. The hotel is the tallest building in that area, so the view is very beautiful. The rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. However, the design in the room looks outdated and needs to be renovated. Although this didn't destroy anything, we felt that everything looked old. The heater in our room was very warm and when we reflected to the front desk, a fan was immediately sent in. Very timely and thoughtful! I don't know if everyone can have breakfast in the lobby (continental breakfast) or more than 30 levels (not sure the exact series, but really high) to choose to eat Japanese or Chinese breakfast. My wife and I chose Japanese style, and what surprised us was the high quality ingredients here. We ate snow crab sauce soup and local fresh fish, and many other side dishes! If the hotel offers a choice, our suggestion is to go to the restaurant on the 30th floor, the scenery is super beautiful, and it gives people an exclusive sense of dignity. I didn't give it a full score because the hotel is not connected to the train station. Coupled with the dizzy, there is no sense of direction, moving the luggage from the train station to the hotel will be a bit difficult, especially in winter. Finally, although the hotel is not in the city, it is very convenient to go to the city and the airport. I think if the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, it may attract more tourists.
