Generally okay for a budget hotel. A quiet location with easy access to convenient stores. Hotel equipped with a radio in the room, first time seeing this in a hotel in Japan

The location was good and the rooms were very clean but my only complaint was that I couldn’t check in until 9 at night.

Despite being a bit distant from train stations, my stay at this hotel was thoroughly delightful. I relished walking in the snow, finding it charming. The value matched the cost, and I'll undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Additionally, they offer a breakfast buffet.

An awesome stay. Just that I was given a floor which the room with written notice that you cannot open the windows on it’s frame, perhaps due to I’m at 10th floor?is it related to any pressure if I open the windows? I am a type of person that always open the windows in the morning for a good morning breeze and ventilation. So one point down there for not able to open the windows. Easy to get taxi in front of the hotel.. to the nearest station ¥670

This is an old hotel. The aircon is not good. There is an english speaking staff.

I don't know how long it takes from Susukino Station, but it takes about 15-20 minutes from Hosui Susukino Station, so I got the impression that it was a bit of a walk. The day before, I stayed at Toyoko Inn Susukino Kosaten, and I wanted to leave my suitcase before checking in and go out, but it seemed like I had to walk quite a bit, so it was a bit difficult. However, the staff was very helpful. Also, I made a reservation for one person by mistake, but I called to ask, "I want to rebook for two people. However, the hotel is so popular that it's full, and if I cancel and rebook, the price will change significantly." I was told, "If you pay +2,000 yen on the day, you can stay with one more person," which was helpful. I booked a single room, but the bed was large, and it was enough for two people. I didn't feel it was cramped at all. As for the room as a whole, I didn't feel it was cramped even for two people. (There was only one chair, but that's the same for all hotels...) The bathtub didn't feel cramped either. However, I found it a little hard to find the button to flush the toilet. When staying with two people, it can be difficult to find a place to put your luggage, but it was helpful that there was a rack to put your luggage on, and the hanger was also the type that you could hang your backpack or hat on, which was helpful. However, the whole room felt quite dark. I wish there were more lights (light bulbs). There was no water bottle service in the room, and no water server at the front desk, but in my case, I was issued a coupon for a bottle of tea when I became LINE friends, so I was able to get a 620ml bottle of tea, which was nice. I checked in at 1am so I couldn't get the service, but it seems that they did offer a welcome drink until 10pm. The most disappointing thing was that there were very few electrical outlets. My friend and I had a lot of trouble charging our smartphones, Apple Watches, Walkmans, AirPods, and SLR batteries. (The Toyoko Inn the next day had enough outlets to charge everything.) It was a key type rather than a card key, and the room felt old overall. I wanted to decide between Toyoko Inn and the hotel until the last minute, and there was actually a vacancy, but I couldn't cancel because the cancellation fee was due so early. If I'm going to pay that much money, I'd like the facilities to be a little better.

Most of the hotels in Japan are very good. It's just that Ctrip needs to work harder. The prices on other platforms are quite low, and ours are quite high-level, and our prices are not as good as others!

This was my first time staying here. It's quite far from Susukino. There's a convenience store nearby, which is good. The toilet seat is cold, so it might not be suitable for women. The sound from the next door leaks out everywhere and the walls are thin. The welcome drink is good. It's a cheap hotel, so it might be good for those who can tolerate it. Also, the draft came in through the window, the curtains swayed, and it was so cold that I couldn't sleep. That's my impression.

Very comfortable hotel, spacious room, reasonably priced, well located, only weak point: soundproofing: the walls are thin, you can hear the Chinese tourists next door shouting at half past seven in the morning...

I stayed in a non-smoking room during the November holidays. First of all, the location is less than 1km from Susukino Station on the Namboku Line, and there is an underground mall and a convenience store on the way, so it is convenient. However, it is 100-200m from the hotel, which is a little farther than the nearest station, so it seems like you will need some courage to roll your suitcase in the rain or snow. The old building has been renovated to make the room clean and comfortable. There were some parts around the stairs and head of the bed that were not completely hidden by the age, so I deducted one point for cleanliness, but if you don't mind the details, it is close to 5 stars. Regarding services, I thought I had told them at check-in that I did not need to change the sheets or towels, or clean the room, but when I returned to the room on the second day, there were signs that the toilet paper had been folded and a new towel was hanging on the door, so I thought I didn't need it. I borrowed a trouser press that was in front of the elevator, but it did not work even when I pressed the power button, which was inconvenient. It's nice that you can check out using something like an ATM, but when you check in you write your name and phone number on a piece of paper, so it feels a bit lonely not having to talk to the front desk staff. There's a free welcome drink on the first floor, and you can drink the tap water directly, so overall I have no complaints and I'd give the service about 4.5 stars. Overall, the facilities are just the bare minimum, so I thought it was good value for money. If there was a high-end restaurant, hydrogen water server, large public bath, sauna, etc., the price would go up considerably, so it was very helpful for a short business trip of 2 nights and 3 days. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The room is good, but a little bit narrow. However, the surrounding area is very convenient. You can walk to Tanukikoji Commercial Street in just over ten minutes. It is a good choice.
