3 Star Hotels in Sao Jose dos Campos

The hotel offers excellent accommodation and services. The rooms are in Ibis standard, with large bathrooms, comfortable beds, fridge, closet and table. Breakfast and restaurant menu are good and the price is expected. My only relief is that entering and exiting cars can be hard, because the entry is narrow and it is uncomfortable to get out on the next street. In addition, the hotel is close to a viasted, which, although it gives access to a nearby shopping, depending on the time, can be filled with sign requests and sellers.

The room we stayed was in good storage, good shower, good bed clothes, but had no shampoo available, we had to leave the room at 1:00 a.m. to ask at the reception. I was on a trip and stayed at the New Year's Eve in this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near a shopping, large rooms but the rooms need maintenance and modernisation( e.g.: free bathtub table, safety supports in the bathtub for the elderly ...) Another point I didn't like was bed clothes (many linen, coat, larger and better covers, good dressers, not to mention towels) The dresser, who asked, tried to help in what he could, but I realised that the clothes were really over. I liked breakfast, New Year's Ceaning and staff care.

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos espaçosos e a estrutura atendeu minhas expectativas, faltou um restaurante com serviço room service. Minha nota 10 vai para o café da manhã com uma variedade enorme de itens, inclusive para intolerantes a gluten e lactose e tudo feito por eles. Os pães zero gluten sao deliciosos.

We have been hosting this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Since the pandemic started we have only been hosting again this weekend. What a disappointment!!! Quality of everything fell dramatically. The bed and bath clothes are sweet and incardent, the sweaters smell the bab and dirty head, even asking for a exchange, they found no one in acceptable conditions. We left the hotel at 8:30 and left the warning to clean the apartment at the door. We returned at 12:30 and found everything we left. We called the door and heard the complaint passed to the responsible sector. At 13:30 no one had appeared to clean the room, we called again and heard from a telephone indignant with the second complaint that the cleaners work until 16:30 and that before that, someone would clean the room. It was a wonderful stay, with a beautiful view of the city. And a place I make access to the whole city, since it is located in the centre of the city.

The hotel is very well located, all near, comfortable room. Some points left to desire, like burned lamps in the room and in the bathroom, I warned at the reception but until the second day of accommodation was not exchanged. The box handwheel support was released, and there was no repair, it was removed and they didn't put back, we have no place to dry the handwheels.
