The room has no fridge but one can be requested, ice is an issue as they only will give you a bag saying their ice machine is too small as an excuse. The staff at the hotel are clueless, nobody knows how to do anything and give you attitude, very disrespectful, difficult to deal with and infuriating. Had our breakfast table cleaned when we went to the bathroom including our personal belongings and room key, when staff couldn’t locate our belongings we found them after we dug around in the rubbish. Horrible experience overall. My wife was not so impressed with her birthday getaway to say the least.

I had a lovely time staying here. The view from my balcony was amazing. My room overlooked the ocean , it was so full of life and excitement. I could see the ships, yachts and all the water sports. In the night the view was even more spectacular with all the buildings being lit with colorful lights. The room was really spacious, but a little older and a slight smell but as soon as the room was opened it was fine.I especially loved the his and hers bathroom sinks. The cleaner cleaned the room every day and changed towels etc. The breakfast is good, could use a little more western options but it is in no way lacking. The staff are really helpful and kind. They helped set up my friends birthday surprise in her bedroom . The pool has a great view, nice place to chill at night. The only issue I had here is that there were no umbrellas available during the day to cover the pool chairs.

The hotel is very old, the room we stayed in definitely needs renovation, and probably so do other rooms. The view is nice, though. The biggest disappointment was “private beach”. As the hotel staff pointed out, all the beaches in Sanya are now public, so no private beach whatsoever. The only thing the hotel could offer is a private gate to the beach, which was only open for one day during our stay, then it got closed because of some construction works at the beach. So, to get to the beach, we needed to take a detour through the main street which was awfully inconvenient. Just imagine going all the way back covered in sand and everything😡 The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them was closed. The other one was fine, no problem here. All in all, the hotel was quite a disappointment, not going back there again.

The room is big is quiet, the design is great, every room has a concept, our was called: ”a shadow of north Africa” and inside the room there were amazing pictures of a desert and camels, the room's wall is carved in Egyptian style and the decorations are related to it as well, this is so exciting!!!😍 The room is clean and all the amenities are there, the shampoo is soft and good which is important for me. The AC works well. The location is super! It is in a walking distance from the sea but far from the noisy, crowded streets, if your hotel is closer to the sea, it is noisy during the holidays. Moreover, this hotel is close to the famous and beautiful mountain ”a deer turned it's head” which I highly recommend to visit, the views are amazing.

I stayed at this hotel in a twin room with my best friend. When I first arrived I had to wait a little because there is no early check ins. The swimming pool is beautiful , you get to sit there and wait. The room has a bathtub and a nice sea-view balcony. The services are amazing, they send a guy to set up the Wi-Fi in case it’s difficult to find. The beds are super clean , so is the room and it’s super big and give a a classic wooden style . But I didn’t like a yellow rusty spot on the bathtub. But the location is great and the people are nice.
