The room is a good size, and the bed is very comfortable. They provide two bottles of mineral water daily, and the bed linen is changed every day. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for family trips. Many Chinese guests stay here.

Excellent value for money! It's a 5-minute walk to the sea (you need to pass through another hotel's property) and 7 minutes to the shopping mall. It's located in an alley, so it's quiet even during Songkran. The room is clean and has a small balcony. The view is of the neighboring building, but we only came back to the room to sleep anyway. Breakfasts are repetitive but filling. You can get beach towels at the reception for 10 baht.

Everything was great. Housekeeping was quality and done daily. It was nice and cozy. The pool, while not right next door, was only a 2-minute walk away.

Some previous reviews asked about the sea view... The hotel does not have a sea view... It's not a bad hotel, it's clean and reasonably priced, and the housekeeping is done properly, but there is a bad smell in the towels. The location is also good, close to the shopping mall.

This hotel was very basic but very clean and quiet . Our bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. We were on the top floor and could see the ocean from our balcony. The beach was a two minute walk away. There is a swimming pool about 60 meters from the hotel. We spend lots of time on the beautiful beach but never used the pool. The service was friendly. The young cleaning lady who made up our room was so friendly and full of smiles. We so enjoyed seeing her ever morning. For the price this hotel is good value. We were very pleased with our 2 week stay.

A pleasant surprise in terms of the view and beach access. The room was high up, of a good size with all necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. I had the buffer breakfast once, but thought it to be a little pricey, and crowded. Their laundry service also - very good. Situated in a quiet alley with a few other small guesthouses that offered dining choices. Just five minutes' walk to the beach, though I did no beach lounging or ocean swimming. Less than 10 minutes walk to Market Village for any convenience you might want.
