I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens felt fresh. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with essential toiletries, except toothbrush. The room amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and the television, worked well throughout my stay. The view from the room was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The only minor drawback is the water temperature in the shower was not stable and kept changing between hot and cold during use, which was quite inconvenient. Also, if your room is located in the block with the check-in lobby, be prepared for some walking everyday, as the road is quite steep. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Other than these points, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Good service provided by the hotel. They upgraded us and allow us check in earlier. The location need to take care as need to walk a small distance upward to the hotel lobby so it is quite tired for big family with children. More suitable for young couple or friend.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with a wonderful atmosphere. Its convenient location, coupled with a wide variety of breakfast options, makes it a place I'd definitely rebook. There are also plenty of shops nearby, including pharmacies, 7-Elevens, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel 🌴✨ The service was excellent from start to finish, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff who made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great variety of options and everything was delicious. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was also very strategic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, 7-11, pharmacies, and local shops nearby, and most importantly Ao Nang Beach all within walking distance. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It feels brand-new and very modern. We stayed in two rooms on opposite sides of the building. The cliff-side rooms offer an amazing view, while the other side is quieter and more private. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the beach, and there are lots of shops and massage places nearby. One small downside is that the main pool doesn’t have stairs to get out—only the rooms with pool access have steps. .

Nice pool. Room is complete with nice bed and good airconditioning. Breakfast is great! The only thing that could be better is de temperature control in the shower, one second it is boiling hot, 5 seconds later it is ice cold. (Room 2406)

The hotel's location is a bit far from the beach. Its main feature is the direct pool access rooms, which I only got to experience once as I was busy with island hopping every day. The breakfast was quite rich. However, the front desk was very inflexible with check-in; we had to wait from 10 AM until 3 PM, which was very frustrating.

This hotel is essentially a budget motel with no services whatsoever – it's absolutely terrible. You have to drag your luggage up a huge hill by yourself, and no one offers to help. The front desk staff couldn't care less and their service is awful, especially towards Chinese guests. The hallway and elevator are disgustingly dirty. I'm speechless. Paying over a thousand for this hotel is such a rip-off. Definitely do not stay here. All the positive reviews are fake, especially the one with the picture of the front desk – it's so bad. There are so many problems it's ridiculous, like being charged extra for bringing a child. The main issue is how incredibly dirty it is. Everything about it is bad. It's not even as good as a Home Inn in China.

This hotel, in January and February, was probably ten times more expensive than in the off-season, which is ridiculous. What's worse is that both buildings don't feel like hotels at all, but rather apartments. One of them doesn't even have a front desk, and there's no staff on duty, allowing people to come and go freely, which isn't very secure. I wouldn't recommend it for single women. If you have a car, you can drive your luggage up a steep slope to the front desk to check in.
