the hotel was ok, the food was good and varied, but the cleanliness still needs work, we had ants in the room, garbage under the bed, it doesn't work with the vacuum cleaner, the dust wasn't wiped.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in the San Remo hotel. The views are beautiful on the beach front and good food was available in the restaurant. The staff were welcoming and Nico in particular was very friendly, making an effort to chat to us and make us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is about 45 minute walk from San Antonio, but there is a water taxi close by. Would stay here again x

It were a Wonderful time. Thanks for nice activity 🎊🎊🎊👍 Nice hotel and very friendly personal!!!!Great yoga classes. Delicious and varied food. Lots of activities for children.Great location, good view from the window. Evening entertainment from the animation team is fun. I recommend this hotel to everyone👌🎊!!!

Here was the best staff and the best animators!!! My kids are happy, the food is delicious. But rooms walls unfortunately bad, because we have hearted everything what's going on outside. Thank you for my vocation we love Ibiza!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a nice hotel, clean, In a lively area without being too wild. Pool is ok (definitely not a enough sun loungers for the size of the hotel), and it is pretty much on a beach which is good. The food is OK, there's usually enough choice and there's plenty of room in the restaurant. Entertainment team were great too. Check in was really slow (we were in a biggish group, but it just seemed really disjointed for no reason). And when it was time to leave (check out at 11am), the reception literally cut our bands off and told us to go (maybe lost in translation, but it seemed abrupt). Our bus wasn't picking us up until 8.30pm so we wandered off for 9 hours and got lunch/ dinner elsewhere (just bare that in mind if you've got a late flight booked). The check in/ out is what stopped it being reviewed as very good.

The hotel was fantastic, I loved our 4 night stay. We paid extra for a sea view room, definitely worth the money. The staff were all really lovely, always smiling and helpful. We went all inclusive, our first time doing that, definitely the way to go. Good choice of snacks and drinks through the day and the meal time food was great, lots of options. The location was really good, shops, restaurants and bars right outside. The hotel is right on the beach and we walked to the reggae reggae beach and along to San Antonio in the other direction, there's also a water taxi stop right outside. I would absolutely stay here again, I loved it.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the rooms were great , there was a good selection of food for everyone, and the whole place was spotless, there were staff cleaning every thing all day . As for entertainment nico and the girls put 100% in to every thing well done guys Definitely not a three ⭐️ hotel 4/5 in our opinion Thank you for a fantastic 5 day break We will be back 👏👏👏

The last day of our weeks stay here ...the hotel is lovely very clean and staff very helpful and friendly a big shout out to Nico and animation team which are all lovely and keep you entertained. The drinks are a token system once you get used to it and realise its all about the "cup' . Breakfast and lunch good variety with show cooking everyday...the only think the var snack menu is not good...would recommend this hotel

Amazing value for money, the hotel is around 15/20 minute walk into San Antonio where you will find all the restaurants bars and the big clubs like Eden ect. We paid extra for a sea view which was 100% worth it. The food was great we had no issues at all and I can be quite fussy. All Inclusive drinks are nice. Rooms are nice and clean with fresh towels daily! There's also restaurants and shops outside of the hotel if you didn’t want to go across the bay. For anyone travelling to this hotel for the nightlife scene it’s around 20 minutes in a taxi to Ushuaia and hi. This cost us 30 euros in a taxi or you can get the bus from the top of the road for around 3 euros. Overall we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend for all ages, friends , families and couples.
