酒店整體環境不錯，新裝修的，過道有點味道，但房間裏沒什麼味道。一樓也有自助洗衣房，沒時間去洗衣服也可以貼紙條叫酒店工作人員幫忙洗衣烘衣。服務也不錯，出現問題溝通之後會及時得到解決。房間裏有個小茶壺還能泡茶喝喝。總體來説挺不錯的。

出差之旅，這個酒店住的真的心累，我們第二天要飛國際長途，拖着很多行李我們，看到是新開就選了。我們是晚上十一點半到達的酒店，辦理入住，結果前台開錯房間給我們，開的是有人入住在裏面的，凌亂未打掃臟亂差，圖片可見，前台給的解釋是打掃衞生的阿姨放錯了房卡的位置，導致他們拿錯！這種概率幾乎為零的都被我們遇到了，我們搬着很重的行李來來回回穿梭，再次到達前台開另外一間房，十二點半終於順利入住了。但是一點鐘對門的房門沒關緊一直在報警很響，設施不行，前台應該提醒租客關緊房門這樣報警器就不會一直響。真的很吵晚上，凌晨三點半，對面的人間煙火燒烤店還在唱歌，打電話去前台叫去處理一下，派人去説一下會處理的快一些，結果很久都沒人處理，半夜擾民，我就選擇報警了，警察十分鐘就搞定。最後還是我們自己跟警察溝通的。酒店大堂也未設定不可吸煙招牌，一堆人在打牌吸煙！未有前台人出來制止提醒。
