I asked for a baby bed or crib an the front desk clerk gave me the most sarcastic reply - uh what do you want ? U need a what crib or baby bed ? We don't have any of that here. Ok I put in the special request or accommodations part that stated I needed this and any other hotel would've responded with a sorry sir we have those things. I even asked about a couch or pull out and nothing. Then upon checking in I had no toiletries in the room an no towels and it was a whole hassle to get them. But they hotel is convenient when your in a hurry. It's ok

Have stayed many nights and I will stay there again if in the area. My main complaint is, when using the sink I would smell an off putting oder. I just used the tube to wash my hands. Also, the shower water did not have the same oder.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and that’s the only reason I’ve stayed here, but this is the second time they have cleaned my room and not left any fresh towels. None. How are you going to clean a room being used and not leave any towels?!!

It was close to where we were going. The room had a sleeper sofa, it looked like they found it in a dumpster. The cushions were all tore up and dirty. It just didn’t belong there, just throw it away please !!

The condition of the room was very far below standards. There was no security latch on the door inside. A handle was missing to the night stand. the love seat looked very old and dirty plus the pillows were unzipped and the foam sticking out. The curtain had stains and a cigarette burn. There was no second curtain layer. The room was on the ground floor. The coffee table had permanent damage marks. The bathroom floor was leaking.
The bathroom was clean and the bed sheets seemed clean too.

The main part of the room was clean, lobby was clean, we arrived late and didn’t turn on the lights in the bathroom until the morning. We were horrified to find mold around the shower and on the ceiling. The shower curtain was torn and there was a dead bed in the overhead light. I took pictures.
The female at the front desk was rude and so we did not report the uncleanliness to her, but I have pictures as evidence. We were going to book another day and do the River Walk, but the bathroom was a deal breaker. We won’t book there, again.

$50 per night so I wasn't expecting too much and that's what I got. Carpeting in the room was excessively soiled, lights that did not work and the extra lock on the door was broke. Breakfast was cold cereal, breakfast bars and a few pastries.

The room smelled good but the corridors did NOT, in addition, the bath was neglected and the carpets were very dirty
