To; Mr. Oscar Hernando Pardo Bolivar ; There are several areas’ which your property could improve upon. 1. I talked with several guests (7) about the food. They ALL agreed it tasted like institutional food. Like hospital food. And it does. Then only. fish option was fresh water Tilapia which was cooked in a flavorless batter. It was horrible. Your property doesn’t even provide salt and pepper shakers, but only cheap small packets which are hard to open. 2. The guests I spoke with, said the sliding patio doors would not open or were very difficult to open. We called the front desk and sent a maintenance man to fix it. He couldn’t, and our whole vacation was without use of our wonderful ocean view patio. 3. We were in room 7304 . The elevator sign said out of service. for maintenance from 10:30 am ~ to 12:00 noon. We had to take the stairs for 6 flights, Inexcusable! 4. Your bartenders John and Carlos, were outstanding. However, during peak times 4pm 7pm,- they were swamped. You need 2 bartenders at each station. Many people just walked away in disgust. 5. The pool area, Is very nice and well maintained, however much of the time, the Dodger Stadium speakers played very loud music. It was quite annoying. **. And most disappointing of all I could never connect my MacBook Air to the internets, not my iPhone. At the front dest, an I.T. guy tried to connect for me, but had no luck. So sad. 6. Your staff was very kind, and helpful. No request was too small or too big, You can be proud of them! I do hope you take my suggestions seriously. Your property has the potential to be a 5-star resort, instead of 2-star. Thank you for listening Mr. Bolivar. Sincerely ~. David C. Miller
