The staff members are so helpful and caring. The rooms are very clean and you get that welcoming feeling when you enter the room. The Ramada Inn provides breakfast for your convenience. Close to the highway easy access to 95. Budget Friendly.

Be sure to book Comfort Suites NOT INN. Very clean. staff very courteous and helpful. Check out room before unloading luggage. Some may have a “just cleaned” smell. Avoid 2nd floor unless you have a pet. Many with pets are booked on that floor. Nearby eateries are an Outback. weekends must have reservation. BEST eatery if you like Spanish/Mexican food is: El Zarameci De Antonio, exit 19, Carthage Rd. 2310 Capuano Rd, 910-802-4381 Go easy on your order. LOTS of FOOD. and VERY reasonable prices. Breakfast at Suite very nice and complete although the eggs need work. Add seasoning!! Better if they could do fried eggs.

Very clean. Easy to get to. The employees were very nice,very polite and very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

I visited this hotel doing a leisure visit to the Hope Mills area. The hotel is clean, and comfortable. The entire staff is welcoming to include the reception desk, housekeeping, morning breakfast staff. Each staff member I met was accommodating, and wanted to ensure that I had every thing I needed. The hotel is near shopping, restaurants, and is in a quiet area where you can relax after a busy day. I especially want to mention a young lady, Lulu, at the front desk who was super friendly, knowledgeable of the area and eager to help with directions, interested in my stay and how she could assist to make my stay comfortable, and with her brilliant smile, shared that she looked forward to my next visit. It is easy for me to remember her name, because of her kindness. Great place to stay.

Hotel is in a great area close to many amenities. The hotel itself was very clean and our room with 2 queen beds was nice. However, we were in the middle of a long road trip driving from Ontario, Canada to Florida. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool advertised on the Hilton website and in the Hilton Honours app. When we checked in, I inquired about the pool hours and was told the pool was closed? Was not given a reason for the pool closure and had a very disappointed 10 year old. Also, the lady that served me at the check-in was not very friendly almost verging on rude with an attitude that suggested she didn’t really want to be at work that day. Lots of other hotels nearby so will be choosing a different one next time we are in the area.
