Seven Hills Camping Village

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

There is NO ONE single thing i liked at this camping! Definetely the worst one i’ve stayed at (and i’ve visited a lot). I believe it may somehow depend on the camping provider - we had Happy Camp, and it was not „happy” at all. All the girl who met us was caring about was money. Starting from the very beginning, when we had to pay deposit only in cash (!) while the ATM was out of order and the closest one was at least 10 minutes drive from the camping. Finishing by the „happy” ending, when the day before our leaving we were informed that final cleaning is not just washing dishes, throwing trash and sweeping the floor. But also cleaning the toilet and bathroom with detergent, washing the kitchen, the doors and the terrace also with alkochol!!!! Otherwise, even if you clean and that doesn’t „meet the camping’s standards”, 50 EUR will be taken from your deposit! For me this is fraud - noone does that! Swimming pools were pretty dirty, cold and old, moreover closing at 6pm in September, because „low season has started”. Last days of our stay one of the levels of swimming pools was just closed at all and I felt like literally nobody wants us to be there. Bakery was closed all the time, pizza near the pool was awful and not possible to eat. If you are hungry around 4pm you have no chance to eat here. As for me, animation program was loud, poor and stupid - probably Ok for 2-3 years old. I was happy to leave this place and wholeheartedly don’t recommend anybody to visit it.

Very friendly reception. All worked out fine and according to expectations. I didn't use the facilities, hence my 3 average score.

As a diamond customer of Ctrip, I was cheated by Ctrip to rent a car in Rome! Although many people have been misused, Ctrip will continue to bring customers to them! There was no inspection process for picking up the car from this car dealer, and 1481 Euros were inexplicably detained after returning the car! ! ! I hope that all those who have been scammed by Ctrip will unite and speak up. In addition to defending their rights, more people should be prevented from being scammed by Ctrip!

I just came back from Rome and only stayed here for three days. Well, for us Rome is a bit dirty, very noisy, not well organized. But we like this hotel very much, it is a treasure in this town! We booked the pick-up service so a taxi was waiting for us at Flumicino, which was good as we arrived only at night. We didn't have dinner because the restaurant was closed, but a guy at the hotel said he could prepare something for us, so we enjoyed cheese, sausage, red wine, and so on. We were told by other guests the next morning that the ”lad” was the experience of the hotel. On the last day he personally took us to the airport! He told us all the restaurants we should go to. We are very satisfied with these traditional restaurants. We always have to queue up for !!) saporo veri( restaurants that eat fish. Not far from the hotel ), monte carlo ( eat pizza, pie. For your reference, the first dish in these restaurants is about 7-10 euros (about 70-100 RMB) (Of course there are more expensive), so two people eat a meal about 30-40 euros (300-400 yuan). Italian wine is amazingly good. It's expensive to get home, but not so good, so we were pleasantly surprised here. I think the hotel looks romantic, Mediterranean architecture, not boring neighborhoods. Yes, as other travelers have said, the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Yes, there is no sidewalk, but staying outside the city center is not so noisy. We felt that it was important to have a clean and beautiful bathroom in the hotel room. At this price, we couldn't find the same level of hotel room bathroom in Rome. We saw 20 or 30 photos of the hotel on the Internet. Advice: We think a Roman cartoon (for travel, for attractions) is very useful, and if you want us to stay for three days, it is worth buying. Thank you to the manager, we will tell all our friends this hotel is the best choice in Rome, if we come back to Rome, we will definitely come again!

This hotel was booked by the tour company and we were here two nights at the end of our tour. This is not a four star hotel by any standard, unless you are only factoring in the fact that the room is large and that there was A/C in the room. An older hotel, although from the onset you wouldn’t think so. The front lobby is not necessarily accessible, as you have to climb a large flight of stone steps to get through the front door, once inside the front entrance there is a small ramp beside the stairs to pull your luggage up. The reception in the morning are friendly enough, but don’t bother trying to get any assistance from the evening desk attendant, she was rather rude and was not interested in helping at all - we had an issue with an Uber Eats order (we asked to meet them outside and they never arrived after 40 minutes of waiting so we decided to go back to the room and try calling the restaurant and we just said to the front desk that we had an Uber order that may be delivered in case they showed up and she just shook her head covered her ears with her hands and said “no no not her problem that she does nothing with it”) I wasn’t asking her to do anything with the order just that it might be delivered. But anyways, back to the rooms, it’s not your typical room size it is larger then what you would expect from a hotel in Europe. Relatively clean, fixtures in the bathroom were old, the stand up shower stall was tiny and the doors were broken. The shower head was loose and came off when I turned it on, spraying the entire bathroom with water. The double bed was really two twins pushed together. Location is horrible, it’s far from transit and you can’t access the main parts of Rome easily. It’s down a lane way and difficult to find and the street itself is narrow and dark. There is a restaurant downstairs, but the food was horrible and took forever. The breakfast was your typical breads, cheese and cold cuts. And again, even the staff in the restaurant were rude and weren’t keen on providing service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even if you’re on a budget.
