The worst service ever! We booked this hotel as we was meeting friends for drinks and didn’t want to drive. When we arrived the receptionist told us she had just cancelled our booking and had emailed me 20 minutes earlier, which obviously I couldn’t check as I was driving to the hotel, she didn’t attempt to call. She was extremely rude showed no empathy and didn’t even apologise but decided to stand up and shout at me saying I didn’t know what was going on with her to which I responded with all due respect she shouldn’t be working if she’s not mentally well enough. Our whole night was ruined and we wasted money on a baby sitter and we most definitely wasn’t in the best of spirits after this encounter. It has been 3 weeks I still have no refund in my account and no acknowledgement of any of the emails sent. I have tried calling a number of times to be on hold for in excess of 30 minutes for the line to go dead as they’re lines are too busy.. I guess it shows how many complaints they have!
