Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

The newly opened hotel really dug up the treasure. It was late to arrive that day. The younger brother and sister at the front desk received me very warmly. They guided me to park the car. They introduced me to the basic situation of the hotel and the room. They also sent me a snack bag and poured me a cup of hawthorn leaf tea. It was so delicious. So that I took a big cup to the room and drank slowly. The room was clean and hygienic, the water was large, the bath was very comfortable, the bedding was also very good, and I had a good night's sleep. Since the hotel is newly opened, the restaurant has not opened yet, and the staff delivered breakfast to the room on time the next morning.

Huge hotel, outdated but still in good condition. Great for families BUT the indoor playground really needed a deep clean, the pool water was full of bugs on a Sat.afternoon (better next morning)and the water in the indoor pool way too cold.Outdoor playground was great, rooms very nice though smelling heavily of damp. Breakfast was fantastic!Staff were helpful wherever we went. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant or the buffet-do yourself a favour and drive 10min down the main road to a countryside restaurant,where you can eat massive portions of delicious ribs, roast chicken,tofu,veg,etc.Generally,we had a nice stay and would come again but the things I mentioned above really need to be taken care of.

Hotel is very clean. Room is spacious and has a good view. Location is just in the downtown. Very convenient. There is parking lot under the ground and it is for free for hotel visitors. Generally it is a satisfying hotel.

Overall the hotel was great. The staff were friendly upon arrival and catered to our needs. The lobby was spectacular and the hallways were clean. The rooms were spacious and homely. They have all the basic things that you’d expect from a room of this standard. Breakfast wasn’t incredible but it provided a good start to the day. The location was adequate for other food and drink options. Additionally, the location was quite good for doing activities and most were only a short DiDi away. I would recommend this hotel to friends and I would return again.
