That’s great, the sister at the front desk is very humane. She upgraded us to the room type. The room is wide, clean and warm. I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Qingyuan, I will still book a room with my sister at the front desk!

服務員態度很好，就是不幹事情。第一，提出酒店WiFi用不了直接不回我第二，九點多打了電話讓送兩個一次性牙刷，到十一點再打過去電話問 跟我説保潔沒上班送不了。確實是挺無語的，酒店位置好，前台態度也很好，但是辦事效率有待提高。

設施：浴室門壞的，燈接觸不良
衞生：住幾天也沒人打掃，陽台都是灰
服務：沒有前台，打電話也聯繫不到，還需要平台客服聯繫一個小時
環境：衹有一個優點就是在順盈樓上

就在順盈樓上，停車方便，有停車場，不過要收費。收費價格也不貴。酒店的價格很便宜，樓下那條街，吃什麼都可以。

服務態度極差超級沒素質的前台，一入住就問了外賣能不能送上樓，回答可以，後面自己一個人點了兩次外賣都不可以送上樓要自己下去拿半夜當然是有點害怕的，然後就問為啥不能送上樓，？都要自己拿？（原話）然後就説不管他們的事不能送上樓報警也沒用，我説為什麼一開始和我説可以後麪又説不可以，説我沒證據
