Exceeded expectations! Service: We got an upgraded room, and the butler service was very attentive. Environment: It's like a natural oxygen bar, perfect for relaxing. Facilities: The hot spring was just okay, didn't feel like a genuine hot spring, but it was clean and tidy, suitable for families with kids and elders.

The room decor is fantastic, very spacious, and super clean. The service is top-notch, truly excellent! I'll definitely be back next time!

This was my second time at the Meilin Lake Hotel, and both the kids and the elderly loved it. The hotel's service and environment are excellent, offering a fantastic resort-like feel and a very comfortable stay. The rooms also provide great privacy.

Highly recommend this place for a family trip to Qingyuan! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The hot springs are fantastic, very clean and well-maintained. The staff even provide fresh towels for you to change whenever you need, which is a thoughtful touch. There's a great variety of hot spring pools too.

Our experience at the Qingyuan Meilin Lake Hot Spring Hotel was fantastic! The environment is incredibly comfortable, the hotel is spacious, and everything is clean and tidy. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the restaurant staff for their thoughtful and attentive service to the children, and the hot spring area staff were also very kind, even helping the kids get water guns and swim rings. The children had a wonderful time. The stay included 50 golf balls for the driving range, and in the morning, you can go for a run at the sports park across the street. The hot spring area also has a hot spring slide that kids absolutely love. We'll definitely be back to experience the water park once it opens!

I've been to this hotel twice this month. It's super convenient – from Guangzhou, it's just an hour and a half to enjoy hot springs, play golf, collect pinecones, and even ride the Ferris wheel. The service from Ms. Wu Minghui was exceptional; she was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even helped us arrange a lake-view room. We truly felt at home.
