設施：很好很齊全。
衞生：房間很乾凈。
環境：有設計感，非常喜歡。
服務：這裏需要多點文字，大堂前台接待我們的方雨晴，誠摯而又具有專業素養的微笑和談吐，第一眼就讓我覺得這位小姑娘真專業，因為第一次來，又是邀請朋友，我問題比較多，她都一一耐心解答，並帶看房間，其間談吐都是猶如回到家的感覺特別好。還有酒店客房領班（忘了姓名）、温泉前台嚴翠芳，都非常服務到位。我們都説，一個酒店的服務是最重要的，服務好，才會讓人賓至如歸。我們還會再來！

第一次入住九華山阿爾卡迪亞酒店了，這裏環境優美，空氣清新，房間送了歡迎點心，早餐也很豐富，入住體驗很好，前台小柏服務熱情。下午去泡温泉了，感覺真舒服，特別要表揚前台嚴姐姐，她服務周到，細心熱情！以後有機還會再來的！

早餐:還可以有熱的粉我就滿意了
設施：屬於那種温泉度假村類型有泡湯離主樓需要步行一段路
衞生：還可以

地理位置這個在朱備離九華山景區比較遠適合自駕人士

第一次入住九華山阿爾卡迪亞酒店，昨天上九華山燒香拜佛，下午六點入住酒店的，這裏環境優美，空氣清新，酒店正前方有一片油菜花田，特別美。晚上我和朋友兩家人相約一起帶娃泡温泉解解乏，春天泡室外温泉，一點不冷，非常舒服，二個小孩在水裡玩的可開心了！特別是前台嚴姐姐，服務熱情，細心周到！給我們送了薑茶，還拿浴巾讓我們披在寶寶身上，防止着涼，很是感謝！她告訴我説，寶寶這麼喜歡玩水的話，暑假一定要帶她們體驗小童泳池的樂趣！下次有機會一定還來！

攜程上看到的這個房間，正好也想去九華山，本來看網上的評論還有點忐忑，但是覺得優惠，而且贈送景區門票，温泉以及含早，覺得可以沖一波，到的時候，前台小姐姐小芳接待了我和我朋友，很熱情，並且説有問題隨時聯繫她，等我們休息一會後，去了酒店贈送的景區門票，景區風景很好，而且酒店門口就有公交車，兩塊錢就到景區了，那天下雨，初聞九華山春雨，感覺下雨爬山非常愜意，很有意境，等我們遊玩回去後，收到了酒店人員公開的水果，休整一下，補充完能力，我們去泡温泉，温泉很舒服，特別裴姐非常好好，給我們準備浴巾，還有薑茶，第二天的用餐也很愉快，因為我們預的車是早上七點二十到，我們7點才下樓用早餐，我想吃的麪包來不及自己烤，工作人員幫我烤的，而且種類比較多，中式西式都很好吃，這次九華山之旅真的要給酒店以及工作人員的熱情打100分，九華山之旅非常愉快，下次還會再來的～

設施還是很不錯的，房間大，設施比較齊全。風景也很好。我們是五一提前一天晚上來的，人不多，去泡了温泉，美中不足的是，温泉離住宿樓太遠，又下雨，全部淋濕了~感覺應該在温泉那邊和大堂提供一些傘，供賓客使用。總得説，價格很實惠，有自助早餐，温泉還有九子巖門票，五一巧妙躲過了人羣，很滿意！
