Service: Excellent, the front desk and other staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. Hygiene: Quite clean, and the facilities aren't old. Environment: Very good, there are lots of food and drink options downstairs, several coffee shops, and also a small convenience store. You can get to the hotel from the airport by taking bus 152, which only takes half an hour and costs just 5,000 Vietnamese Dong per person.

The location and service were alright, but the stay itself was absolutely terrible – I wouldn't recommend it at all! I booked a deluxe double room several months in advance and specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevator and walkways, as I'm a light sleeper. Instead, I was assigned a room on the 9th floor, right next to the elevator and fire escape. Above my room were the restaurant and rooftop bar. From 5 AM until late at night, there was constant noise from equipment being moved, dishes clanking, and people talking. The soundproofing was abysmal; even with earplugs, it was useless. I was woken up around 5 AM two consecutive days and couldn't get any proper rest. I've noticed many international reviews also complain about the noise, which makes the platform rating seem significantly inflated. If you value your sleep, definitely think twice before booking here!
