The room is clean and sanitary. The location is relatively remote. The front desk service generally has a delicious breakfast with abundant fruits. The taxis in the lobby feel a bit expensive, and the steps to enter are abstractly designed.

Good service, good standard for 3 stars.

Everything was fine except that I had to check out at 11 o'clock.

The pool was great. All employees are good to deal with. Many taxi drivers available to take you to the 2 parks, airport etc All in all, a good quality/price hotel

It would not be fair to judge as we arrived in the evening and left early the next morning. Having the on site open late dining was definitely a bonus for us. On site parking was a definite advantage

Mid class hotel with only sweet breakfast, no eggs or warm breakfast at all. Rooms are spacious but no view from the room (Metal fence in front of it). Air conditioning very noisy which made it hard to sleep.

The hotel was perfectly nice and functional. Breakfast was included, but had a somewhat limited selection. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Great place with a nice rooftop pool. Good restaurant and friendly staff.

Pros: Good location, walking distance to DT and restaurants. Cons: Poor or no wi-fi in room, so-so breakfast

Front desk staffs were helpful and friendly. The property itself could use a little renovation/maintenance. I had to move to a different room as the first room, facing the street, had a very loud noise issue around 2am when the trash collection took place. The second room had some cleanliness issue, the TV remote was out of battery, and the smoke detector was flashing bright light all night. The area is generally quiet. Within walking distance to the “downtown” area. Overall, it was a recommended place to stay.

Hotel restaurante waitress was rude. Room power kept going out. Area around hotel didnt feel safe.

Shocked that this is a 3 star property with decent ratings because it most certainly is not. More like a 2 star hotel. The room smelled bad. Several towels had stains. The bathroom floor had dirt and stains. The building is rundown. The staff is nice, but this is unacceptable for the exorbitant price. We’re now in the O2 Hotel 5min away and paid literally $5 USD more for a clean and modern 4 star hotel.

The hotel was a long walk to dining or any of the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was wonderful with a nice breakfast. Eggs are $1200ars extra, but worth it. The staff provided bug spray and we were lucky to meet a wonderful taxi driver who picked us up every morning for the Falls and downtown area tours. I wouldn't stay here again since we prefer to walk and tour the city and from this hotel there is nothing to walk to.
