Eurostars Aliados

Perfect location at the heart of Porto, very friendly service and amazing spacious room with great views of Aliados (the junior suite). The only minor complaint is that the toilet had a small leak and we informed reception thrice, but it was never fixed throughout our 5 nights. Would definitely recommend the hotel and return here too if I'm ever back in Porto.

Excellent central location. Metro right in front of the hotel. Central location walkable to all major locations, plenty of restaurants around. Hotel is luxury and the room is great too! Would definitely come back again.

This was the first time staying with the Eurostars Hotel group and we must say that we are definitely going to repeat the experience. From a seamless and smooth checking in and with a lot of help from Rafael at the front desk who also helped us with tips of enjoying the city in a local way The entire experience being absolutely comfortable which made us thoroughly enjoy our stay. A big thank you to the entire staff of Eurostars Aliados Porto

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and varied, offering something for everyone. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

After checking in, found 2 small boxes of welcome chocolates, both used but closed, looked like unopened. One had 1 chocolate, another had 4. Asked for an extra duvet, hotel forgot, asked again, it came with a service lady pulling a long face. In the gym, the only bench was broken. On leaving after staying for 4 nights, we stored our luggage but it took more than 10 minutes to retrieve them when we returned to pick up before going to the airport. It was full of mistakes and grits.

Room very modern and clean. Liked the free use of sauna, steam, mini pool. Location is good near Trinidade station if coming from the airport or to Campanha train station. But father from river but has good restaurants nearby. Breakfast plentiful. Rooms very quiet, cannot hear any noise from upstairs or next door. Highly recommend!

Great location if first time in Porto, super close and walkable to all touristy attractions. Room was great and reasonably quiet as there are lots of constructions happening around the city. The staff are polite and friendly, definitely will be staying here next time.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is courteous. The location is excellent. We walked everywhere Overall better than I expected
