My first trip to Thailand as a solo traveller the hotel with a lot better than I thought my room was clean and modern. I was in the green wing as you open the door you got the pool right outside with comfortable benches which I thought was amazing. The bed is Not as comfortable but no complaints with breakfast and customer services was amazing they really helpful. The garden is clean. The area is is good as well. You’ve got local shops and supermarket. You can exchange currency outside so I was happy with my stay 

Staffs were friendly n polite, environment was clean and neat.

This is my second time to choose this resort. Unfortunately, air conditioner is still insufficient and no tooth brush provided without notification. Location is far away from the down town as well.

Perfect place to stay ❤️ Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was plenty to chose from, the surroundings were great, pools were very clean. All staff were very helpful. Mini mart was close by to stock up on snacks etc. I recommend Access Resort & Villas.

I booked because this hotel had good reviews, and on *********** the hotel was listed as 5 stars. I would not even give the hotel 1 star. Blood on shower curtain, stained bath rob, the rooms are in very poor condition and are not maintained. The cleanliness of the room was not good as you can see from the pictures. I could not fault the staff who are professional however would stay at a backpacker hostel over this hotel/resort any day of the week. I don’t like writing negative reviews but if I knew what I did now I would have never booked.

A great older style resort from the hay day, and they are trying hard to maintain an ageing resort, but still great value 😁 I am a father of a 9yr old girl and I love kids BUT…. kids jumping around and screaming out the front of my pool access room for hours whilst trying to relax when I am sure the website says no children?????

We arrived at the midnight but there was still staff to help us checked in, The swimming pool is just and the whole enviornment will makes you feel relax and have a great holiday mood. The bed is amazing and we slept very well there. The location is just reasonable, there are lots of shops you just need to have 10mins walk. If you have car there are parking space as well. We love karon beach more as here is just less people than patong beach.

The hotel is in a good location about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main centre of Karon and the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants closer to the hotel though. Room was spacious and kept very clean each day. Pool/beach towels were provided and changed regularly. The direct pool access was lovely. Could sunbathe on the patio. And just plop into the pool anytime , day or night. In the section we stayed in the pool lights weren't working for the duration of our stay ( 6 nights ) so even though it was possible to swim at night the pool was not lit up . There were quite a few mosquitoes, but that's not the hotels fault and they did provide spray/repellent. The bathroom was a little tired looking but was very clean and the shower was hot and powerful. We did not enjoy breakfast, although there was lots of choice it wasn't really to our taste. I think it could be improved by using better quality produce . There was the option to have freshly cooked omelette but only one person cooking so most times quite a queue. Also a couple of times when we went for breakfast there were no tables free to sit at . There is a free shuttle into Karon twice a day 10am and 2 pm and taxi is available either through the hotel, on the street or using grab app. The staff were all lovely and very helpful Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay

It was a great stay! Every staffs are cheerful n willing to help. We always feel welcoming ! Room are clean n pool is just one step away! The spa can be better .

A long way to the beach, for some days is ok

The room is very good, the direct access to the swimming pool is very nice, there are no mosquitoes and dampness. There is a bathtub, friends who come to dive can use the bathtub to soak their equipment, and the room swimming pool is also very photogenic. The service staff are also very enthusiastic.

The environment is quite good, suitable for older people because it is relatively quiet. I regretted it after staying there. The air conditioning was not very effective, and I slept hot. There were also too many mosquitoes. I had no less than 20 lumps on my legs and arms! ! ! ! It's not an exaggeration at all. There is another important point. Friends who are preparing to book can consider it, because my partner and I like to go to night markets. There is a very small night market (just a small street) on the left side of this hotel, which takes 10-15 minutes to walk. If you want to go to the frog night market, you need to take a taxi for 537 baht (this price is the price of the taxi app, and the local taxi is about 600 baht). I can only say that taking a taxi is too expensive. It is cheaper to take a motorcycle, but the Thai motorcycles are too wild! Moreover, the road is very steep. I saw very few Chinese people renting motorcycles, and there were usually more Russians. There were also many accidents, most of which were motorcycle accidents. If you are interested, you can search it. Having said that, the hotel environment, green plants and the swimming pool house we stayed in were all very good. It was the first time I saw cockroaches, small lizards and small geckos on the roadside. Alas, I regretted it anyway. I stayed at the Senses Hotel when I first came here, and I thought about changing it this time, but the result was not satisfactory, so friends who booked this hotel should consider it carefully.

I think it's very good, except that it's a bit far to the beach. There are restaurants and 711 along the way, as well as massage shops. Although it's close to the swimming pool, it's not damp at all. The service is also very good. The environment is great. I like it very much. The hotel also has two sightseeing buses a day. I really like this big swimming pool
