It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

The location is great, 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the pedestrian street, 10 minutes to Jiangxi cold, there is a family convenience store downstairs, and a foot massage store. The boss and the staff are very enthusiastic and smiling. Everyone is nice. Although the room equipment is a bit rude, and every time I come back into the room, I will smell some acrid smell. The effect is not so good. The room includes breakfast, but we have n’t eaten it, so we do n’t know how it tastes. The room is easy to book during the low season and the price is affordable. The room price in the high season is not stable. In short, this stay experience is not bad!

Everything is good about the hotel except the reception is not air conditioned, slightly dated & not brightly lit at night. We had to walk quite far from the lift to our room. The bottled water which was given looked dirty & unhygienic so we bought bottled water throughout our stay. The toilet's shower & taps need some cleaning as they are dirty but overall is still good. Location is very convenient, with massage shop & barber just outside the hotel. 7-11, & plenty of food options within walking distance. The 2 nights stay was wonderful. It is also cheaper to book taxi from the street as it is cheaper compared to the hotel. Breakfast selection is good as well.

Chilled stoner vibes whilst also being respectful of those who don’t smoke. Rooms are clean and facilities are nice. Staff lovely, breakfast available for extra $4. Can’t fault this place. Patong is obviously a night life area so don’t come here expecting an 8pm bedtime. Fireworks into the the night which didn’t bother me as I knew what I was getting into.

Great hotel just of the main beach, staying for 2 days. The first day we arrived at our hotel and was greeted with a smile, no lifts so up the stairs, the stairs and landings were nice and clean. The room was really nice and clean and the decor was crisp and nice. On the way to the beach we were given beach towels and a mat for the sand. Great sleep comfortable bed still have one day to go.

Staff wonderful …….. but !!!! …… Wife had the fried prawns in breadcrumbs that she described as “excellent” (must be good if she’s not moaning !!!) 😉 - “but” - I had the Chicken in Sweet & Sour sauce which was “tasteless” / I would even say it had been watered down ! Sorry that I’ve had to mention it here - but I told the waitress to tell the Chef - she looked at me and said “Oh” - so hopefully the Chef / Management will see it here and actually taste the Sweet & Sour sauce before it leaves the kitchen - my meal just had no taste at all ! - which is shame as it’s a very nice restaurant, staff are working so hard - and toilets impeccably clean !

Since my experience I was in a double room for 9 days in February, and I cost very cheap, 108 EUR on 9 days .... It was through the Aguda page, cheaper than booking all a discovery .... I have to say the room was very dark , gave a wall of building .. But he has very good things , is next to the beach , and super near Bangla Road .... Furthermore, the owner is very good person and helps you in whatever it is , because I sweep a free shirt , I don't charge anything , all details .... This is regenerated by the family, your daughter, yen and her ... I will repeat safely next time ....
