This hotel in Patong boasts an excellent location, offering a tranquil escape right in the heart of the bustling area. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the service is attentive and thorough. All the facilities are top-notch. Despite being close to the sea, there's no issue with dampness (though I'd recommend bringing a filter showerhead and disposable bedding). The only minor drawback is that the room rates are a bit high during peak season.

The hotel is very close to Patong Beach, and our room had direct pool access, which was super convenient. They also offer free cookies, and the service was quite good. The breakfast had a great variety, including noodle soup and all sorts of bread, and you could even take some to go.

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, and I just had another stay after its renovation. It still feels great! The location is excellent. Currently, half of the building is under renovation scaffolding, but I didn't hear any noise during my stay. And the breakfast is still fantastic!

The light strip in the room malfunctioned for two days in a row. It was fixed, but then broke again the very next day. I couldn't turn off the light, which affected my sleep quality. Since I only noticed the problem late at night, and I was already tired, I didn't bother reporting it.
