The hotel room was given to me was very small and lacking in-room facilities and cleanliness.

Lovely stay. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Nice swimming pool and hot tub open to 10pm which can be a great way to end the day. The only criticism is the parking fee of $35 a day. That's a bit too pricey.

The hotel is close to old Pasadena, easy access to most of the attractions.

Very new and clean hotel, breakfast is great The only drawback is that you can hear the sound of cars at night from rooms facing the road.

Stayed here for four nights. It's a very cost-effective hotel in Los Angeles. The old town of Pasadena is just outside the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is quite new and has a large sense of space. The hotel parking is $38 per night, and there is an entrance in the guest room area that leads directly to the parking lot, which is very convenient.

It's a 5-minute walk from Pasadena Old Street and a 5-minute drive from the nearest Ralph's. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Don't miss the City Hall and a Japanese restaurant called Wasaka. The hotel parking fee is 35🔪 per day, but the public parking in the same building is capped at 12🔪 per day, so you can save a lot. The hotel has coin-operated laundry, which is very livable.

Overall it's pretty good, but the parking fee of $35 a day is not worth it. The hotel parking lot is connected to the public parking lot, which is much cheaper. The breakfast is rich and the location is excellent. We drove here. The room was not cleaned. The picture shows the public parking lot and the hotel parking lot together. Ctrip wrote at the beginning that it was $25 a day and the hotel was $35.

Random charges! Absurd! When I checked my credit card bill, I found that the hotel had charged me $140. I didn't remember this at all. I wrote an email to the hotel and complained to Ctrip customer service at the same time. I was told that it was because we parked in the hotel parking lot for 4 days, and the parking fee was $35*4 = $140.00 per day. Absurd! After finding that the parking lot was ridiculously expensive on the first day, we parked in the public parking next door, which was $12/day. What's more, my friend had returned the car in advance on the second to last day, so how could he park for 4 consecutive days? The hotel just wants to take advantage of the guests' inattention and cheat them, right? Please pay attention to your credit card bill and be careful not to be overcharged! Finally, I would like to praise Ctrip customer service for their good and timely handling attitude.
