"This is Jorge seems to get more and more crowded every year. Well, they do a great job keeping it clean. The Roommate dates are nice, butas an owner process is taking way too long and becoming way too expensive. They implanted a new key system which made the old wristband Keys obsolete. Since we paid extra for these and they were good from your it was unfortunate that they wouldn’t replace them with the new keys but wanted you to re-buy them all again. I’ve been coming here for 10 to 12 years. My kids spending one week almost every summer and there’s new rules every year that limits whatthey can do. Staff seem to make up their own rules to see fit. I’ll give this one more try and then sell the unit and go to one of the newer resorts being built around here and maybe appreciatesthe owners."

Tuscany Residence Aruba

"Tuscany Residences was fantastic! Convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The unit was super clean, had an open concept main floor, a well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, and they even provided beach equipment. Outside we had a private patio and pool perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The outside shower was a great addition, especially after a day at the beach. All staff were super helpful and got back to us immediately with any questions we had about the unit or the area. They definitely understand what vacationers are looking for in a holiday rental. Super happy with our experience, and as a picky renter I would absolutely rent here again!"

Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club

"My wife and I were at the Ocean Club a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, a pipe in the ceiling above our front door burst, and the water came under our door. The kitchen, living and dining rooms which have laminated floors were covered with water. Luckily, none of our stuff was damaged, but the bad news was that the carpet in the bedroom entrance was soaked. The engineers tried to dry the carpet with a blower but that did not work, so they relocated us and our stuff to a new room and gave us a credit to our bill. Everyone involved including Camilo Cardona and his engineering staff, the front desk, housekeeping and the bellmen were very apologetic and courteous the whole time. It was a tough situation, out of their control, but they handled it with class. Kudos..."
