Best thing about this four seasons is its people and service level, which is top notch. Also a great spa and tasty food at Flories. More than other four seasons we have visited recently I believe this one desperately needs a cosmetic renovation, both to the rooms and to the outside. To bring it into 2024. For palm beach, i would have expected a better more modern and fresh feeling hotel. Unfortunately, it falls short on that front.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property right on the ocean. The service was impeccable and all the staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating, especially Chrissie at the front desk and Haci and his team for pool service. Will be back!
