Our room was clean, bright, and well appointed. The mattress was comfortable, the bedding felt luxurious, and the A/C kept us comfortable all night. The location was perfect for West Palm Beach and the prices were very affordable compared to other lodging options in the area.

This hotel was beautiful, we enjoyed the view and the amenities that were included .

Enjoyed my stay. Clean luxury apartment feel. The room was beyond my expectation. The free shuttle and bikes are a plus. I will always stay here if I am staying in the area.

The room I got was on the 4th floor and was noisy. Had issues with billing were my credit card was charged a couple of times with various amounts.. when I approached the receptionist they claim it was only an authorization. 2 days I got transactions from the hotel and in 3 times O complained they said it was some sort of an error and funds should be released! These annoying issues ruined my experience

Warning – Be aware of extra fees and some service issues. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but I experienced a frustrating problem with the dry cleaning service. I was assured it would be picked up and processed, but it was never sent out, which left me short on clothes for the rest of my trip. I ended up having to buy additional clothing. It would have been better if the staff member who promised to handle it had taken responsibility. I informed the hotel that I would not be paying the service fee due to the delay. The gym has a strong mold smell, and I’m quite certain there’s a mold issue there. On the positive side, the room was clean, functional, and perfectly adequate for one person, though quite small. The housekeeping staff were lovely, but they knocked very aggressively on the door (like police) even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed. The outdoor pool area is usually crowded, but the hotel does have a beach section off Ocean Drive. I didn’t get to use it, but I might if I return. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 7.5/10.

The property immaculate, staff relentless in providing for all aspects…. Rooms pristine, clean, amply maintained…. Pool fun, easy…. Marketplace abundantly stocked with interesting yummies…. The property fresh, sharp and worth the stay….
