I went on a family trip with my high school senior son. It was a free trip, so I was excited and nervous.. But after entering the accommodation, the joy of the trip was even greater. I really liked the accommodation. My son was so satisfied that he said he would definitely come back to this hotel if he went to Osaka with his friends. Our family of three was very satisfied and was able to rest comfortably. Oh, the reason I was satisfied was because the location was perfect. It was a 3-5 minute walk from the Dotonbori entrance and a 10 minute walk from Nankai Namba Station? The subway passed right under the hotel, so we were able to visit Universal Studios with ease. The only regret was that it was a bit complicated because it was self-check-in, but if you just check your email, it shouldn't be difficult. Have a nice trip.

really convenient location within walking distance to public transport and dotonbori. there's also famima, lawson and 7eleven all right outside. rooms were also larger than usual and very clean. even though there's no front desk, check in and check out processes were very simple. would definitely stay here again if i'm back in Osaka.

1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in. 2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby 6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight 7. Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

It is far from the subway, so you have to think about the distance and plan your itinerary accordingly. There is a lot of rustling noise from the bedding. There is very little storage space. It is very dry due to the heating system (very bad for the respiratory tract). There is no insulation at all. Even with all the windows closed, a lot of cold air comes in through the floor. However, it is new, so it feels neat and clean. There is a washing machine and detergent, so you can easily wash your clothes. It is small, but enough for just sleeping. Not recommended for traveling with family.

🇹🇭This is my first time booking an apartment. It took me quite a while to check before I booked, but I have to thank the trip's review for making my decision easier. Looking at the distance from the Guniko sign, it's not that far, about 1 station to Namba station. Traveling is very convenient. Walk out about 200 meters and you'll reach the train station, or you can walk to the name card station, about 1.5 kilometers. The facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. There is a kitchen for cooking, a refrigerator, a washing machine with detergent, toothbrushes, and a separate bathroom. Let's just say that I was very impressed with this place. If I have a chance, I will go back again. I feel that it is worth the money. Nothing is missing. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. The clothes are not exposed to the sun and will be damp. It will smell. The Wi-Fi is very good. It is very strong. There is no lag. You can watch TV and YouTube all day. I stayed here for 3 nights. I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. If anyone is worried that it will be difficult to stay, I can tell you that it is very easy. I am a stupid person. I can still stay here. If anyone has the chance, I recommend this place. I can tell you that for me, I will come back again. I feel bored with hotels because the hotel room is small. When I go, I don't talk to my friends. But here, we are together. The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV! Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

It’s a spacious room, and we really appreciate the wooden floor, as it's better for our boy to play on the floor. The bath, microwave, fridge, and stove are great for families.
