However, make sure you get the key box password to obtain the room key, which they did not enclose in their email. We were stranded at mid night as we were arriving late, and without password to retrieve the room key. Luckily someone still responded from the main door notice, with the help of translation apps, we finally managed to check in at 1am. This happened to a couple next day staying next to us......

When checking in/out, if you take the Rapid from the airport, it's a 15-minute walk from Ninkai Namba Station, so the location is not bad for the price. And it's only a 5-minute walk to Namba Station, so it's a less crowded subway station, which is nice. And the room was clean and nice. I recommend it. really convenient location within walking distance to public transport and dotonbori. there's also famima, lawson and 7eleven all right outside. rooms were also larger than usual and very clean. even though there's no front desk, check in and check out processes were very simple. would definitely stay here again if i'm back in Osaka.
