Hotels near Matsumoto Kiyoshi(Drug Store Suminoekouenekimae Store), Osaka

Overall 7.5 out of 10. We stayed for 2 nights in Osaka and It is very clean and spacious. It is also close to the 2 railway stations, which one is 5 mins (Tengachaya station) and the other one is 10 mins walk (Hanazonocho station). Very accessible which has both Airport Express and Limited Express (Rapid) that directly to the airport. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes and foodies nearby. So it's very convenient neighbourhood.  I could have missed out the check-in process, which would be great if reminder email send  prior check-in. However, it doesn't take us too much of issue, most importantly the staff was helpful and humble, they helped us through the check-in process. Our room very comfy, spacious,  bright and clean. We love it much with the bolcany, that allowed us to air-dry our clothes and towels.  There isn't any house keeping service provided, hence, it would be great if Chuanhouse could provide some amenities such as broom and cleaning clothes. Nevertheless, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and families who coming to Osaka.

Spacious apartment in a clean and safe neighborhood. Direct train to and from kansei airport makes it a strong plus. Lack of front desk support deducted a star but overall communication with staff on site plus WeChat are satisfactory. Be ware of mosquitos around. Would be good if repellent are provided inside the room.

The room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is a washing machine, washing powder is provided, which is very good👍There is a small kitchen where you can cook, but there is no seasoning, you have to prepare it yourself, there is a refrigerator and a microwave! The location is very convenient. You can take the Nankai Express from the airport and get off at Tenkachaya Station, which is within walking distance. In the other direction, you can walk and take the Y Yotsubashi Line to go directly to Umeda!

Walking distance from station, near to supermarket, however location is nearby entertainment shops, lady solo traveller need to be extra careful when walking back home late night. Facilities are all good and new but check-in and check-out system may need to improve.

A very unbelievable self-service hotel 1. I arrived in Osaka from Nara before 11 o'clock in the morning, but I was told that the password of the self-service hotel would not be sent to my email until after 12 o'clock 2. The hotel suggested that I could store my luggage in the coin locker on the first floor, but I couldn't enter the lobby without the password 3. When a guest came out, I went in and found that a large locker required 8 100-yuan coins, eight! Not 100-yuan coins! Who would keep so many on hand! 4. I quickly went to the vending machine to buy two bottles of water and exchanged them for 8 coins. As a result, I found that one locker could not fit two suitcases, so I threw the other luggage next to the luggage locker in a rage.

I'm taking a good rest The facilities are clean, the rooms are wide, and the surroundings are quiet Good. I arrived a little earlier than the reservation time, but I was allowed to enter first. I recommend this hotel for your trip to Osaka

🇹🇭This is my first time booking an apartment. It took me quite a while to check before I booked, but I have to thank the trip's review for making my decision easier. Looking at the distance from the Guniko sign, it's not that far, about 1 station to Namba station. Traveling is very convenient. Walk out about 200 meters and you'll reach the train station, or you can walk to the name card station, about 1.5 kilometers. The facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. There is a kitchen for cooking, a refrigerator, a washing machine with detergent, toothbrushes, and a separate bathroom. Let's just say that I was very impressed with this place. If I have a chance, I will go back again. I feel that it is worth the money. Nothing is missing. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. The clothes are not exposed to the sun and will be damp. It will smell. The Wi-Fi is very good. It is very strong. There is no lag. You can watch TV and YouTube all day. I stayed here for 3 nights. I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. If anyone is worried that it will be difficult to stay, I can tell you that it is very easy. I am a stupid person. I can still stay here. If anyone has the chance, I recommend this place. I can tell you that for me, I will come back again. I feel bored with hotels because the hotel room is small. When I go, I don't talk to my friends. But here, we are together. The actual situation is consistent with the photos provided. The lighting is very good. It feels like returning to the comfort of your own home. There is a station about 5-7 minutes' walk away. There is LAWSON downstairs opposite, Tsutenkaku Tower is 2 minutes' walk away, and there is DONKI near Shin-Imamiya Station. Jing’an Palace, you can buy it before going to the airport, it’s really convenient! ! There is an elevator, and there are izakayas nearby that are open very late, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to find something to eat. There are clothes racks in the wardrobe. The room is clean and the hotel provides free cleaning service on the third day of my stay. The location is extremely convenient - it only takes 15 minutes to walk to Namba. There is a supermarket just around the corner. Overall, this was definitely a good choice for accommodations in Osaka.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Since we have already arrived in Osaka, our luggage can be stored in the hotel first. Staying for 4 nights, the hotel only prepared towels for two days. I read reviews that the hotel will hang new towels outside the door every 3 days for passengers to replace (this is a good practice, very praise👍🏻!, because I have stayed at a certain Some hotels will not replace it for you but need to clean it up yourself.) I just emailed the hotel on the third morning to ask them to collect the garbage, and they told me to put the garbage and used towels outside the door. Collect by share. After returning to the hotel that night, the garbage and towels were collected, but no new towels were put down. I emailed the hotel and said that they did not provide new towels. The reply actually said that they provide new towels every 3 days. I thought at the time, wasn't today exactly 3 days? The wine only had towels for 2 days, and asked me to put the used ones out the door... I was really speechless at the time...
