They do not provide sufficient drinking water or toiletries in the room and you need to go to the lobby in the second floor for everything. At least they could have kept a water purifier in every floor to decongest the lifts. The lifts were always occupied due to golden week and this added to the inconvenience. Many people were using the public bath on 4 th floor and the lifts were continuously busy. You had to press the button 4 to 5 times to get into the lift. This was definitely time consuming. The service in restaurant was below average as per japanese standards. The gentleman receiving the guests will never be found and talks to you also with a bad attitude. Will never come back .. The only saving grace was the proximity to the station but there seems to be other better options in the vicinity..
