The room is quite spacious, which is a rare find in space-constrained Hong Kong. The service was warm and attentive. It's very close to the MTR station, making it super convenient for exploring Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei, and Mong Kok. There are plenty of dining options nearby, perfect for soaking in the local Hong Kong atmosphere.

In short, average hotel at a brilliant location. It’s overall clean, however there are some defect on the wall as shown below. Also, when we first enter the room, there was some bad smells, which goes away after turning on the AC for a while. In terms of toiletries, only towels were provided. Need to pay $20hkd for brush, comb etc. The air conditioning only turns on when set to “high”, it simply turns off when set to anything below it. Hot water is sufficient. Overall it’s up to standard for a 3-star hotel, didn’t under-perform nor over-perform. My recommendation for this hotel is for ppl who prioritise location over hotel quality. Hotels at such region with a better quality usually cost u like $1000 hkd or more. So to average around $500 hkd only for this hotel, it’s a good choice. However if u could sacrifice location for a bit, there are plenty of better hotels (4-stars hotels) in other district (Kwun Tong/Fortress Hill) at similar price point and I would strongly recommend u to choose those hotels instead

Second time in HK and second time booking at Noble Park Hotel. The difference now is they no longer offer cotton towels — only disposable ones :(( Also, there’s no free water on our floor. During my previous stay, there was a refilling station available. I brought my family here expecting the same comfortable experience as before, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the case this time. The size of the room was decent because we chose the family type of room

Pros: 1. **Upgrade**: Upon check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a classic suite. I suspect this was a thoughtful gesture, as their standard rooms are quite small, and the staff probably noticed our family of three had a lot of luggage. 2. **Convenient Location**: The hotel is very well-located for exploring. There are famous restaurants nearby, such as Australia Dairy Company and Mak Man Kee Noodle Shop (Michelin-rated). The hotel provides a food map at check-in. Temple Street Night Market is within walking distance, and there are several seafood stalls nearby selling live mantis shrimp, crabs, and razor clams. We didn't get a chance to try them this time, so I can't comment on the taste. It's also a pleasant walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour during the day. 3. **On-site Dining**: The hotel itself has a rich variety of dining options within its food street. 4. **Airport Shuttle**: The A21 airport bus is very convenient. It costs around HKD 30 (half-price for children) and you can get off at Ning Po Street, then it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. Payments can be made via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card. Each person needs to scan their own QR code; you can't use one for multiple people. Make sure to prepare your payment beforehand, or you might get a scolding if you're too slow, and they don't give change. Cons: 1. **Aging Facilities in Suite**: The hotel is older, though it was renovated around 2018. While the room was clean, the facilities felt a bit dated. The most inconvenient part of the suite (room 725, for reference) was having to shower in the bathtub, as there was no separate shower stall. Moreover, the drainage was severely clogged and very slow. It started backing up the moment we turned on the water, not just halfway through the shower. By the end, the water would reach ankle-deep, which was quite exaggerated. I didn't complain because I felt it was due to the old building structure, and I doubted staff could fix it immediately. 2. **Restaurant Experience (Yat Tung Heen)**: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the convenience of dining at Yat Tung Heen (a Michelin-starred restaurant). However, I personally found the roast meats and dim sum to be rather ordinary. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of roast meats and Hong Kong-style dim sum, you might want to skip it. The dining environment was pleasant, though. Furthermore, we booked for Monday lunch at 11 AM, not during a busy weekend, but by 12 PM, the manager came to ask if we wanted to order anything else because 'there were other guests waiting.' This was very impolite. If a customer declines extra orders, there's no need to add that last part; they might even appreciate the offer more. This incident further solidified my impression that customer service in Hong Kong can be lacking. After his question, I felt rushed and the rest of the meal was very tense.

Check in time is 2pm but was allowed to our room at 12:30pm. Jordan tram station B2 entrance in front of hotel with lift. Note no floor mat provided so expect the shower area to be wet. Dim sum here, master congee, 兴记煲仔饭 within walking distance and must go and try. Many many eateries around the hotel. If want to go Avenue of stars and K11, you need to take tram or bus, walking need 30min

There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

First hotel I initially booked for 6 nights but upon arrival found out Agoda did not book my room which is a great inconvenience having to look for another hotel. But I managed to book via trip.com and stayed 3 nights, hotel receptionist lady is great providing me a room upgrade. One of the best hotel, big spacious and comfortable room which comes with a jacuzzi bathtub, with bathrobes, in-room iron, iron board, security safe, toiletries, all things I needed are available, is near to Jordan mtr just less than 2mins walk, single mtr line to mongkok, tst, admiralty/central stations, shops all nearby, western breakfast and food is delicious, plus there is a 24h self service laundry washer and dryer just outside the hotel, didn't try the gym which is in the Madare residence section in next building. Big 👍 for this hotel highly recommended.

After booking the room, the store has not contacted until the morning of the room entry. I took the initiative to send a message to him to add my WeChat account, and he did not have it either. I arrived at Jordan Station at 2 o'clock and kept looking for the hotel after 3 o'clock. In the end, I called him and he added me to WeChat, saying that I didn't see my text message. I left my mobile phone number when I booked the room, and even after the reserved check-in time, the store didn’t contact me at all. I thought the self-service hotel was interesting, but it turned out to be ignored. After arriving at the hotel, some questions are answered for a long time or not at all. One time is enough!

We stayed there 10 years ago, at the time we were quite happy even though the facility was dated. But 10 years later, the place really looked run down. There was no attempt to renovate or do some simple touch up. Services are bare bone. On the last day, when we returned to take our stored luggage and asked to use the washroom, we were told there is no public washroom. We had to go to the nearby MacDonald instead. Also, for 2 days' stay, they will not provide any housekeeping service. The room is very spacious though, which is the only reason we chose this place. But I'm not sure if we will return in the future.

This location is about a block away from Jordan MTR - use B exit. It is a great location especially for that area and to get around. The entrance is located on a side street with golden lettering and you will need to get the pin for the front door. The Guest house is inside a residential building. There is always a security guard in the building which is nice. The Guest House is located on the 3rd & 10th floor however the elevator for the even number floors was out of service (We stayed there Apr 10-11) so we had to go either on the 9th or 11th floor to go up and walk to the 10th - this isn't the Guest House's fault but just more of a FYI situation. The elevator is tiny. Miss Chan was very helpful. She wasn't there when we arrived but the security guard let us in first and we mentioned the Guest House name. We called Miss Chan's number that was on the door via Whatsapp. My Cantonese is horrible and her english isn't the best but we worked it out in the end. We arrived earlier than check-in time and luckily one of the rooms we booked was already ready for us so we were able to store our things. We booked 2 triple bed rooms (1 on each floor). The room is cozy (That's also a HK thing - space is a rarity) but for the location and price it fit what we needed. I would stay here again if I come back to HK. It is also a 8 min drive from West Kowloon Train station.

The service was very good, and check-in was fast. The location of the hotel is great—close to the bus and tram stations, and the subway is also nearby. There are six elevators, so even though our room was on a high floor, it was very quick and easy to get there. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The pool is very nice; it’s big enough for swimming, and the view from the pool is also quite good.

We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.

The location is excellent, right across the street from Tin Hau MTR Station Exit A1, making transportation very convenient. You can even walk to Causeway Bay. Nearby, there's Tin Hau Temple and Victoria Park, and within a one-kilometer radius, there's a great selection of food. The room was clean; although the size can't compare to mainland hotels, it was perfectly adequate for two people. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was no impolite behavior towards guests from the mainland. When I checked in, they even offered to help with my luggage, which was a very comfortable experience.

It's rare to find such a peaceful spot in bustling Hong Kong, especially with land being so precious. The location is perfect for me – it's very close to the HSBC branch I needed to visit, and right next to a library and a basketball court. Across the street is an elementary school, which I really liked. The room was small but very clean. The front desk staff seemed quite stoic, even a bit harsh and cold, probably because they're not happy with their job. It was understandable that they asked if I had drunk the complimentary bottle of water during check-out, considering how expensive water is in Hong Kong.

Took my kids to Hong Kong to watch the Ronaldo Saudi Super Cup final. Saw it opened in '09 and decided to take a gamble on it. Turns out, it completely exceeded my expectations! A veteran five-star hotel truly is in a league of its own. As soon as we walked in, we saw a signed Ronaldo jersey – the atmosphere was incredible! Facilities: Even though it opened in '09, it's incredibly well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Environment: No weird smells at all, a pleasant surprise. Service: Excellent.

If you come from Airport, take A12 (HK$47) and walk 5 mins. Many restaurants nearby. Security: I feel very safe even though I arrive the Hotel by 01:00am, security staff asks for our name before letting us take the elevator, at 2/F, another security will show us which lift to take to 12/F. Very quiet & clean room: not too close to other residential buildings, so you have good sleep. Laundry: HK$30 to wash your clothes and HK$30 to dry. It is the third time I stay in Y Loft, very happy. Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. I got there solo, and after a few nights I'm leaving with a bunch of friends. This place certainly has a magical power 😊

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

The room boasts a prime location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui's business district, just a short walk from the harbor and Avenue of Stars. The surrounding area is filled with shopping malls and numerous local restaurants. While the room itself isn't large, it's fully equipped. The main entrance to the hotel is accessed via elevator with a password, leading to a private room with its own password, ensuring privacy and minimal disturbance.

Mong Kok

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

A hotel with a very good value for money (after all, it is in Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money). It is very close to the Mong Kok subway station. It is not difficult to find it if you follow the navigation. It is inside the Ronghua Building. It is easy to find it by following the instructions. Facilities: The size of the room is very suitable according to my budget and the prices in Hong Kong, and it is almost the same as expected. The equipment is quite complete, with a separate bathroom (for a room of this price, and in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, I can only say that I am very satisfied) Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. Anyway, according to my budget, I personally think it is reasonable Environment: It is quite quiet. In a busy city like Mong Kok, it will not be affected by the streets at all. Service: Polite and careful. When taking me to the booked room, they will carefully tell me some things to pay attention to. In general, when traveling out, according to your own budget and the prices of tourist destinations, etc., the value for money is super high!
