This hotel has become my favorite ”go-to” when I'm in HK. Without doubt, this is the best value hotel in HK, with ”normal” sized rooms rather then the miniature 10sqm of most hotels in HK in this price bracket. The staff are all very friendly and helpful (nice to be remembered & welcomed as a returning guest!). Note: The hotel no longer supplies water & toiletries with the room (other then liquid soaps), but this is apparently because of new Government regulations. No big deal, just be aware you will need to bring your own toothbrush!!!. (or you can buy at reception). I am attaching pic of the notice in the room. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The stay at Largos hotel in Hong Kong was really good. The staff provided excellent service. Any questions I had in terms of getting specific directions to find certain places, the staff went above and beyond to help. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is very ideal and easy to get around. For example the metro station—- Jordan metro station is very close by, finding things to eat, shopping, and even getting many different buses to get to many different attractions. In particular one of the famous attraction:— the Victoria dockside was easy to various any of the buses that travels on the Nathan Road route. 7️⃣ elevens and other convenient stores are also everywhere and opened 24/7 and you can go out and eat at any time of the night or morning. Despite the room being small I was very satisfied with it. I had no complaints. I would give Largos hotel 10 out of 10.

We stayed in Nathan Hotel for a week and found it quiet pleasing. We booked a ”smart room” which came with a Smart TV to watch netflix, youtube, mini fridge and a big space. The room was quite spacious as most places in HK are quiet small. We had 0 issues and housekeepers would clean the room everyday. The pictures of room uploaded by the hotel looks really clean and perfect but expect a bit of wear and tear i.e stains in curtains, carpet, wallpaper coming off etc. I would recommend this hotel to any couples but make sure you get room above 7 floors like we have as they are quite modern.

Convenient location. New. Nicely designed. Spacious and cosy enough for a room for 1 adult and 2 kids given that this is HK. Friendly/helpful staff with prompt service. Smart housekeepers. Very impressed with our first experience! Will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit! Only downside is that it does not have a taxi stand and since their entrance is a turn into a street, you will have to either call for a cab or walk out slightly to the main street to grab one.

After booking the room, the store has not contacted until the morning of the room entry. I took the initiative to send a message to him to add my WeChat account, and he did not have it either. I arrived at Jordan Station at 2 o'clock and kept looking for the hotel after 3 o'clock. In the end, I called him and he added me to WeChat, saying that I didn't see my text message. I left my mobile phone number when I booked the room, and even after the reserved check-in time, the store didn’t contact me at all. I thought the self-service hotel was interesting, but it turned out to be ignored. After arriving at the hotel, some questions are answered for a long time or not at all. One time is enough!

The location of the hotel is very close to the subway station and the transportation is convenient. The room is small, but the basic facilities are still complete. The interior is clean and hygienic, quite satisfactory. The environment is good, and many restaurants nearby are available. My score: 3.7/5

✅ I got room 1504 with a view of greenery/mountain. It was really lovely, I could hear my favourite koels and watch birds and butterflies flying. Sleeping there was comfortable; down and feather pillows and blanket were great. There was a water cooler down the floor corridor. Incredibly convenient. 📛 Drawbacks: Stunningly poor internet! It was impossible to even download messages — let alone send/receive files or view any media. No slippers so better bring your own🩴.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Hotel (hostel). We were a family of 4 (2 seniors and 2 adults). The location is superb! Near food shops, 7/11, stores and MTR station. Across the street and a few blocks away is the temple street and more or less 15 mins. walk to Mongkok. We stayed during winter season so walking around the area is not an issue. The best thing is the place is quite and fully secured with keypad locks. Will definitely comeback. The place is ideal if you just come to rest and sleep like we did since we were outside the whole day. Thank you again!

The boss is warm and hospitable, and pointed out the tea restaurant for breakfast and the bus route to the scenic spots for us, which made our trip to Hong Kong even better!

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following: 1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation; 2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap. Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.

Location is very convenient. It’s just 2 minute walk going to the mtr tin hau station. There’s a laundry shop nearby if you need one. Convenience store is just across the hotel. The room was spacious and has good lighting, check in was smooth and very helpful when they helped me bring my luggage to the room and also they get you a taxi if you need one. The room price was reasonable. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

It was my first time staying at a hostel, and my impression was pretty good. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, such as guiding us to get sheets and quilt covers to make our own beds. We are happy to lend you converters, toothpaste and toothbrushes. The kitchen is like home, all-encompassing. You only need to go to the Wellcome Supermarket at Exit C of the subway to buy ingredients for cooking or barbecue. The hotel only provides stoves and tableware, kitchen utensils, power supplies, etc. The shuttle bus time is the latest provided by the hotel. They will send information the day before check-in. Remember to pay attention, the old ones online are not accurate. Opposite the minibus station is a supermarket and Jollibee Filipino fast food restaurant. We recommend the chicken legs and burgers there. The hotel was established earlier and the exterior has not been renovated, but the inside is still clean, especially there are many sockets, even the cabinets are full of hidden secrets, and the lockers have a lot of space. If it is not the peak season, the front desk will arrange a larger room. For example, we booked a room for 4 people, but they were willing to upgrade us to a 6-person room without extra charge. I also forgot to return my key, and they were accommodating in the end. I don't have to return it deliberately, I just go to the master to change the lock, so overall, this is a place full of human touch. Several people in our group were invited to eat watermelon and barbecue by guests, and the guests were very generous. When the weather is nice, we walk down the mountain and take bus No. 1 to the Central Pier. It takes 20 minutes, which is quite fast. The scenery along the way is very good, and everyone is talking and laughing. The front desk will also provide chess and cards such as Monopoly for everyone's leisure and entertainment. I will definitely come back during the holiday. The scenery here is particularly charming.

Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. You can store your luggage there after you check out, which is great. Easy to go out!

The service is quite good. One of the workers speaks good English. I was having trouble with my SIM card (I picked up the wrong one,) so she took me across the street to a shop that has them for cheap. The room's small, but, again, it's a guest house, and it's H.K. If you want something bigger, you're going to pay. The only thing that bothers me (and it's not exclusive to this guest house) is the noise from the other guests. A lot of guests are completely clueless and play their music / have loud conversations right outside of the room. Mei Wah should put up some ”Please be quiet” signs in Mandarin and English, but the guests are probably too ignorant or apathetic to care.

This is my 2nd time coming here and I am disappointed. At the 1st time I came here, the hotel had complete facilities and amenities. This time there's no toothbrush, no shower cap. I asked the staff and they told me to pay 20HKD. Ridiculous. They told me this is a new rule from the government which forbid them to use plastics. But, they provide sandals covered in plastic, trash also use plastic. I think this is a way to reduce cost which made me disappointed. I hope the manager saw my review and improve better.

I went to Hong Kong to study for a week and stayed in South Island. It is very close to Ocean Park and it is also very convenient to come from Fuyou Port. You can transfer to South Island Line at Admiralty, Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, and go north across the overpass to arrive. The room facilities are relatively complete and the room is relatively large. There are sofas, TVs and kitchenware. However, because I only stayed there for a week, there are no kitchenware in the room. I can only cook some vegetables and noodles and eggs that I like in the public kitchen on the 3rd floor. It is quite convenient. There is a washing machine inside. It is relatively comfortable in Hong Kong. If the price can be maintained at 600-700, it is still recommended. There is a large mall that has just opened next to it, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping.

I stayed for 1 night. The room I stayed in had bedbugs (10 bed male dorm). I saw 2 of them crawling on my bed curtain, but I don't think I had any bites. I told the manager about it but she said that she didn't believe me because no one else complained. This can happen in even the best hotels, but you have to deal with bedbugs quickly or they will become a big problem. The guest house is generally clean and well kept but the 10 bed male dorm mostly has long stayers and the room smells like it has long stayers, complete with a big pile of junk in the middle on the room.
