The prices are affordable and budget-friendly, much more reasonable compared to similar hotels nearby. Plus, complimentary services like luggage storage and laundry are all included. It's conveniently located not far from major attractions, making getting around easy. For a budget-friendly price, you get a super thoughtful high-altitude accommodation experience that far exceeded our expectations in terms of value. It's definitely worth staying here when visiting Lhasa!

What an amazing hotel, the rooms are immaculate and mine had a view of Potalo palace. The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent. Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel. Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant. Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!

The boss and the room are great 1. The room is super clean and made entirely of wood! ! Very newly renovated 2. The fellow boss helped us upgrade to a larger room for free and also gave us breakfast. 3. Even the shampoo and shower gel in the toilet is very fragrant and easy to use. 4. I had a high fever and a cold that day. The boss sent me oxygen, cut watermelon, and helped me take a taxi to the hospital♥︎♥︎♥︎♥︎ 5. The hotel is right in front of Princess Wencheng Theater. You can walk to the door in three or four minutes. You can walk back directly after watching the show in the evening. 6. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it is on the mountain. The air is good. You can see the Potala Palace from outside the hotel. 7. When eating, you can walk 3 minutes nearby to eat. There are dessert shops, Cantonese food, and Sichuan food.
