More than worth the price!!! ✅ great location, you can walk to beach in few mins, near the restaurants, walking street and other attractions ✅ staff really helpful ✅ large room ( I booked twin bed room, it was great) ✅ a cozy swimming pool in rooftop I will book for my next trip for sure!

The Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I arrived in Nha Trang at 1 am on the 8th, checked in, and checked out on the 9th. I originally only planned to stay 0.5 nights at Smile Hotel, but I extended it one more day because of the service of the front staff here. If I didn't have a schedule to stay with friends, I would have spent my entire Nha Trang trip here. In particular, LE (the front desk clerk after 10 o'clock) covered the taxi fare with his own money on behalf of me who had no cash because I couldn't find an ATM, and PHUONG (the morning front desk clerk) who even gave me a new room and a fan when I was suffering from rhinitis... Thank you so much. I received special service here that I could not receive even at a 5-star hotel.

Good city stole hotel. Clean rooms, delicious & big breakfasts. Normal bathroom. Kettle with tea & coffee in the room. At reception the can give you clean beach towels every day. The only downside is the absence of balcony in the room.

+It’s a reasonable price and nice staff in reception, empty and fast elevators, includes swimming pool and beach towels. - To get into hotel a bit dirty road with a trash can in front of hotel.

Close to the beach and many nice eateries nearby. Love the rooftop pool but it can get busy. Stayed on the 7th floor and was quiet enough in a busy area.

This hotel is the best budget hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam for price has a roof top pool the place is very clean just wish I could of stayed longer

Location wise is near the beach.easily to walk on the beach side. Recommended 3 star hotel

This is a budget hotel, so do not expect a luxury comfort,but you will get all you need for normal living. Ps. I forgot my wallet on the bed when checking out. The time I came back for taking it, the room was already cleaned and the staff told me there had been nothing found. Though I was absolutely sure I left in the room. So take care of your belongings!!! I contacted the management of the hotel through the e-mail, but there was no feedback. And the receptionist could not help 😣

Convenient location close to the beach. Helped us store our baggage. The staff are super polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and nice. Swimming pool is a plus point and the view from the pool is also good. Great experience overall.

bath shampoo have bad smell

It is on the center of main traveller street. It is cheap and very kind. Even though room is little small, it is sufficient to small family and alone traveller.

Very good price and location. Rooms are very good and the staff very friendly. Has a decent pool area. You can ask for bag storage before check in and after check out.

Good location, cleaning was okay. Facilities for the price is not bad.
