Comfortable to stay

The bed sheet had holes in it. The telephone was dusty. The bedside chandelier was low and I could clearly see the dust on it that had not been cleaned for a long time. I touched the chandelier lightly and the dust flew up. The bathroom had a peculiar smell and I had to keep the window open.

This is the most unlike Marriott I have ever stayed in. There is a lot of dust in the room. I was woken up twice by a sore throat at night. The tiles have cracks in many places. The floor lamp on the round table is also broken. Most importantly, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear clearly what is said in the corridor at night. There are many children and it is very noisy. I have never seen a hotel with such poor sound insulation. After a night of half-awake and half-asleep, I went to have breakfast, but the front desk asked me to queue at the door and wait for other guests to finish their meal before I could go in. It was really surprising.

The hotel's swimming pool is great! Not only is the temperature constant, but there is also a kid-friendly heated paddling pool in winter. There is also a sauna after swimming, and the lounge also prepared ginger and brown sugar water to dispel the cold, which is thoughtful. The breakfast is rich and impeccable. The child had no appetite in the morning, and I was afraid that the child would be hungry when I went out. After talking to the lady at the restaurant service desk, she enthusiastically packed small bread for us. I was very touched! Like it 👍

I brought my children to Nanjing during the Chinese New Year and spent a long time choosing a hotel. Although Jingfeng Marriott is not in the city center, the room is large and the bed is large, which is comfortable to live in. It is not far to the city center by taxi, which is suitable for families with children!

The hotel is Marriott's usual style, with warm and thoughtful service. When I checked in at the front desk in cold weather, I was given warm mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The room facilities are complete, clean, sanitary and comfortable. The lake view room has a very beautiful view. Jessie and Jenny, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to introduce the service content in detail, and were warm and thoughtful. I will definitely choose this Marriott again next time I go to Nanjing!
