The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location within Onuma National Park, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the beautiful natural surroundings. I highly recommend taking a cruise around the lake!

Nice room with big bay window.very nice spa .The view is beautiful. We should come back to stay again.

The hotel service was excellent, and it's very close to Onuma Park. This was my second stay. The only drawback is that the public bath is a bit small.

The hotel is a bit old, but the view is absolutely stunning, exceeding all expectations. The hot spring pools are also very spacious, and the scenery in front of them is breathtaking. Both breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of options, and there are even window seats where you can enjoy the distant mountain views while you eat.

The environment is great, the open-air hot spring has a beautiful view, and the service is excellent. We booked a triple room and they prepared three beds for us. We had a wonderful rest.

Theres free shuttle bus to onuma park and snow park but quite few, if missed the time have to spend on taxi. Quite relaxing place.

Clean and comfortable hotel with great service. Breakfast selection is good, the milk is especially good. Onsen is pretty basic with just one 'pool' inside and outside. The lake view outdoor is really pretty at night.

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even have a shuttle bus, but Trip.com didn't provide the official website, so I had to call and ask. It would be really helpful if they could include the timetable. The shuttle bus departs from the parking lot in front of the Onuma Park Tourist Information Center. It drives past the golf course without stopping, and the next stop is the hotel. However, there were no cotton pads in the onsen area, and the glass windows were quite dirty and definitely need cleaning. The onsen itself has a beautiful view; you can see outside, and there are even large koi fish! Breakfast was delicious and worth the extra cost. I think their bacon is the best I've ever had, and the milk was also very good.

The Prince Hotel generally upholds its high standards. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is generous and delicious. The hot spring is purely natural. You'll find many Korean guests, primarily here for golfing. A strong word of warning: do not wander into the forest, as the mosquitoes are absolutely brutal!

The room is spacious with a good view, there's a shutter bus from the train station and ski resort,which makes it very convenient.

The hotel is far away from train station but shuttle bus service is provided. Quiet environment. Hot spring was great!
