A hotel with clean modern rooms, smiling staff and a new generation check-in and check-out system. There are 2 issues that need to be improved. The towels placed in the room smell of food. The air conditioning is controlled centrally, no changes are allowed from the panel. It runs unnecessarily all night long and gets very hot, disrupting comfort.

The location is superb, as the tram stops right in front of the hotel. I was able to visit most of Munich's Old Town and tourist attractions by tram. The view was great, and the facilities were impeccable. It is a uniquely themed accommodation featuring a bar on the first floor. Since there was nothing I wasn't satisfied with, I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Munich.
