Cocoon Properties in Munich

It’s really a nice experience in this hotel!!! Nice & big rooms, good environment, great facilities, kind people, & cheap locker (€3.00 for 24 hours, if I recall correctly). The last but not least is that you can get free water whenever the bar starts, which is warm hearted to those live inside this hotel. I will definitely come again when my next visit to Munich! P.S. We booked 2 different rooms, and both were fantastic!

Having stayed at the Cocoon in Salzburg, I chose to stay there again in Munich. It had its pros and cons. The rooms were larger than in Salzburg, and the toilet and shower were separate, even in two separate cubicles, which I quite liked, although the glass design was a little awkward. Overall, the Salzburg was better in terms of attention to detail. In the common areas, Salzburg had air conditioning throughout and open restaurants. They offered free apples, bottled water, and sparkling water at the counter, while here everything cost money. The luggage storage area had separate lockers with lockers, while the luggage storage area here was a bit more basic. Also, this area in Munich seemed to have a lot of strange people, so be careful when going out. Otherwise, there's not much to complain about; it's not the best, but it's not the worst either.

This hotel boasts a prime location with extremely convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious, bright, and warmly decorated, with impeccable cleanliness. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and check-in is very quick. The breakfast offers a wide variety of authentic flavors. Overall, the stay was excellent, offering great value for money, making it ideal for business trips or family vacations. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Nicely located hotel near the main train station with cute alpine details throughout. Service can be a bit and miss (asked for an iron but it never came, storing luggage is DIY) but has everything you could need for a comfortably stay in Munich, including Rituals toiletries. Housekeeping is on request before 12pm.
