Hotel Bayer's Boztepe

Had a really good comfortable bed with many pillows. Always appreciate more pillows. Room was clean and beautiful with a capsule coffee machine. Coffee, tea and water is free with a mini bar in the room. I enjoyed that there was a nice smell in the room. The AC is centrally controlled, I could only turn it on or off, changing the temp didn't do anything. Kept it off as I preferred the cool from the weather. Views from the window were nice but you need to keep them closed I was in a room facing the tram road which made a lot of noise each time the team comes. Halal food nearby was great too. The gentleman checking me in was very helpful in explaining the key card. The offer 2 pastries and coffee downstairs which was really a nice touch. Really enjoyed my stay.

I find Hotel Bayer's Boztepe to be an excellent choice for a stay in Munich. It is located near the central Bayers Street (Bayerstraße), right outside of the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) of Munich. The check-in was quick, and the introduction into the hotel's grounds was helpful. I was given a prompt tour of the hotel by the lady at the reception desk, who was notably kind and welcoming. The rooms are modern and well equipped with a minibar, a coffee kit and an Espresso machine. The bathroom is well built, and feature a good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the entire experience was flawless. The hotel is ranked as a 3-Stars hotel, but the relatively large size of the room, along with the well equipped and decorated facilities of the hotel, bring the overall experience closer to what one would expect of a 4-Stars hotel.

The room was very clean and felt fresh — kudos to the housekeeping team for a job very well done. Special appreciation to the owner and the team for their outstanding hospitality. We were very satisfied with our stay, especially as they kindly offered luggage storage after check-out and accommodated our very late check-in. Despite the late hour, the team remained available and provided great support throughout. The location is excellent, very close to Munich Hbf, which makes it extremely convenient for traveling around Munich and for connections to the airport. We would definitely revisit in the future. Excellent location. Room is big, toilet iis big and clean. The sofa bed is also very comfortable. Air conditioning is very cool, have bottle water every day, and at the lobby. Well done.

The hotel was quiet and pleasant and met all our needs well. The hotel is located near Munich Central Station and a few minutes from the main square. Highly recommended.

Got locked out at midnight for half an hour as their online door opening system is not working and there’s not staff around

standard and decent hotel near central station. sufficient for a short business trip.

Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.  The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.
