lovely hotel in a great location! Staff is very helpful. We had a great stay. The only drawback would be no elevator.

The woman (receptionist) gave us the worst room. And the breakfast is poor.

This is a beautiful old building that has been brilliantly restored while retaining its old world charms. It was once a mansion for royalty and is now an affordable and comfortable place for a stay in Montreal. Staff is brilliant and the area seems great! Will stay there again!

The bar fridge didn’t work. The room and bathroom were very small and there was an old receipt crumpled up under the bed from two weeks ago.

Some confusion upon arrival and delay in retrieval of our car from valet. Robert was understanding, considerate professional. The hotel waived our parking fees and were very apologetic. Thank you Robert for taking extra care and attention.

Good service, only concern is when we arrived receptionists said no parking spot available we drove from NY city.
But Robert said he can make spot for us, so we beable to parking .

The floor in my room was not swept and had to change my socks twice. I couldn't believe it. The room size, layout, and amenities were all great, shower was not that great.
I'd hope it was only my room as such.
