Hotel not far from the city centre. Parking nearby. Many bottle of water at our arrival ( specified on the booklet) Breakfast, coffee, tea in the room. Host and available staff

The best thing is that there is free parking, and the surrounding old city buildings are very beautiful. Walk for 15 minutes and reach the center completely. But pay attention to checking the amount when buying snacks and small commodities. I bought bread and snacks for more than 3 euros, and was actually charged close to 7 yuan. Give me a small ticket calmly. Fortunately, the family was careful and was discovered. Typical rhythm of proficient crime. Simple and convenient, cost-effective stay. The sanitation and other conditions are similar to those of Jinjiang Inn. Suitable for self-driving travel.

The hotel sits right on the front of a beautiful canal and has nice views over the old town. Very stylish decor everywhere no expenses spared. Wonderful staff. Great buffet breakfast with large choice. We went to the beautiful pool: nice after a long drive. Also very nice sauna. We used the convenient concierge hotel parking. We had a beautiful spacious duplex room on floor 2 with wonderful views over canal and town. Noise insulation very good. Only DOWNSIDE WAS THE BED in master bedroom: very hard mattress with uncomfortable very warm topper. Very sad not to sleep well because of this in such a wonderful hotel

Cet hôtel est le plus mauvais de cette enseigne que je n'ai connu. Il est adossé pour son fonctionnement (accueil...) au Campanile proche. Si les chambres sont propres par contre, avec la canicule, j'aurais aimé que la clim fonctionne. Même la télé était défaillante avec seulement 5 ou 6 chaînes de la TNT et pas les généralistes. L'aspect général extérieur n'est pas engageant et l'intérieur aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement. Il semble qu'il y ait des occupants pour une durée suffisamment longue pour y avoir installé une petite cuisine. J'ai trouvé mon bonheur au Campanile dans une salle dédiée pour l'autre hôtel mais je reconnais que l'installation est spartiate et l'offre est à minima. J'y ai pris le repas du soir qui était correct mais le jeune serveur devrait changer de métier. Ces critiques ne s'adressent pas au directeur (la chambre est propre) mais à la chaîne qui se doit d'investir pour rajeunir cet établissement

The hotel is we’ll kept in a great woodland and open setting. The staff are very helpful but the bar staff a bit sniffy. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with good conditioning. The EV charging is hit and miss with two Tesla chargers, one dedicated and one not. When we arrived the non dedicated was plugged into a Skoda BUT a hybrid. Now, hotels offering EV charging must put in place a protocol to allow fully electric vehicles priority - hybrids don’t NEED charging. So, please correct this. Now to the food - absolute stunning. Obviously choose the right dish but my Iberico Pork was out of this world. Cooked rose to my specification and glazed with tomato and honey. So great for foodies.

Cleanliness Hotel is clean good for a night

In arrival we were allocated room 101, a ‘comfort room’ . We had a long drive from Provence so were impressed with the speedy check in and car park allocation. On attending our room we were dismayed to find the toilet seat up , urine in the toilet and the hand towels and soap used - the last thing we wanted at 8pm at night ! It clearly hadn’t been cleaned ! On complaining , the receptionist reallocated us room 104 and stated “I don’t know how that could have happened” . After we had unpacked into the new room the receptionist then offered us a upgrade. We’d already had a long journey and couldn’t be bothered to change room yet again so declined . If it had been offered before we’d have moved rooms then we would have accepted . On checking out , all became clear . The English man checking out before us , when asked what room he was on stated “we had room 101 first but moved rooms” (it’s a shame he didn’t have the decency to flush the toilet) . Clearly rooms aren’t checked between guest allocation . It’s a lovely hotel in wonderful Troyes but our experience was clearly tarnished . Would we use Best Western again ? Probably not based on this experience and competition at similar rates .

I stayed here en route to Morzine with my partner, we had driven from the UK. We arrived after check in hours but were able to access the room easily using an automated system. Room was very very basic with a bed and 2 pillows and 2 towels. Shower room was old but functional with no amenities or hair dryer. Sleep quality was OK our bed was quite firm though. Breakfast was a take out including a hot drink, bread, cheese, croissant, orange juice, pastry and apple compote. It was OK and filled us up enough until we stopped at the services. There are plenty of places to eat by the hotel including fast food or pub. This is a budget hotel and ok if you just want to sleep over but don't expect any extras.
